Could be a little noisy with the clock and the bells in the mornings at 6am Seems like the hotel has new owners and there was no food or drink here at all . I had to ask for bottled water which is normally supplied in other hotels

Lovely building nice big room , good AC not far from the main town . The balcony was lovely to sit on in the morning before it got too hot or in the late evening. Nice place to park the scooter and they had bikes you could rent

good location, easy to find, one good restaurant nearby. AC was working well, and the laundry service is nice! the room is so big, feels like it used be a meeting room, with some unnecessary furnitures, and some equipments only for public restroom, discarded in the room

What I think was the Hindu temple round the corner blasted out noise at extremely difficult times, 3:30am till gone sunrise. May not be all the time as visited near a festival. Shutting bathroom door and earplugs got rid of it.

Slightly functional stay, totally fine no frills fairly basic stay to explore Jaffna. However it is very clean and bug free! Fairly cheap too! No breakfast or indeed any food served but you can head down the road to a place called Swiss House that serves nice breakfast and the usual SL kottu/curry.

In room was missing walldrob to put neccesary things. If you are stayung one night is ok, but for several days it is needed additional place to place things. Also.the air condition working very loud.

All fine. It would be great of they have a mini fridge and tea/coffee making tray. Other than, we are happy and found value for money.

Room and bathroom are good size. Bathroom is so clean and huge. Nice breakfast area. Hotels offered breakfast. However, We couldn't be able to try as we went out. Kids really had a great sleep in the air conditioned room. Good shower facilities.

There is a clock microphone which chimes every 15 minutes. Ended up just being white noise, but just a heads up. Otherwise it’s a lovely quiet street

With a few little updates such as a bin and bath mat in the bathroom, side tables next to the bed and somewhere to hang clothes the property would be a 9/10.

We needed a room with 2 single beds which unfortunately they don’t have, which is very common in Sri Lanka. So for a little more money we booked a family room which was comfortable and large so my adult children could have their own bed. Also had a double room. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the property, giving you a taste of the local charm. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the breakfast both days. One day was western style and the next had Sri Lankan breakfast, both tasty. We were pleasantly surprised by the coffee they served, it tasted good.

Spotlessly clean, large room, outdoor area to eat breakfast or just relax. Breakfast was really good. Easy to get a tuk tuk outside complex or just down the road if necessary.
