Situated of the highway in a forested area, this little hostel is an oasis of green and peace. The host is very helpfull and can arrange anything from dinner, snacks, tuktuks and other local information!

A hidden gem! About a 10mins walk from the main streets (where you can find supermarkets and bus stops). I had a very comfortable stay here and the owner was super helpful. He used to work in a hotel in dubai and it shows through his professionalism and consideration!

The location is 20min walking away from the city center so really quiet. The staff is very nice and friendly. The room and bathroom were clean and confortable. The garden in the jungle is a nice place to chill !

Everything ….the position is perfect, a gentle walk to the main town, through banana trees and villages, meeting local people on the way, all beaming smiles and joyful chatter . The property is surrounded by flowers and trees lots of bird song . It’s spacious with a communal bathroom, kitchen and eating spaces . The room had a big bed and ample room … very clean and well kept . Staff really helpful, and cooked a very tasty breakfast for me . Highly recommend this hostel .

The staff here are lovely and very helpful. The place is quiet, there is a lovely garden with a seating area, a kitchen, and two shared bathrooms. It has a gentle ambience. I loved it here. It is a little way from the beach but really it doesn't matter as the place is great. They will cook delicious food and make coffee for you. Honestly, overall for the price I can't really fault it. I'd definitely come again.

Fantastic ,friendly host who speaks perfect English.The house is really nice with beautiful surroundings .Great value !The whole place is very clean and the room is very nice with a comfy bed ,pillows and a mosquito.It is just a 10 minute walk to the main road and the bus stop,where there is a big supermarket.You can easily get a tuk tuk to the beach or wak another 20 minutes .

It was a great stay, Mujitha is a fantastic host. He had also great recommendations what to do in Unawatuna. The room is simple, but very clean and the location is very quiet, a good place to recover. The breakfast is with typical Sri Lankan dishes, very delicious.
