We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe only issues we had was the beds and pillows, we stayed there for a week and the bed made it quite hard to sleep sometimes. They are uncomfortable but if you ask they will sort something out for you just have to talk to someone there. Apart from that we had nothing bad to say.
Great location and the staff is great, you can get anything that you need just by asking Shashini hes a boss. Its located just down form the point but its better because its away from some of the night parties that the point has and swimming is better as there is less people in the water. We arrived really early and left late but they looked after us so it was nice, we even stayed an extra day and it was no issues. They are doing alot of improvments to the place and we noticed alot change in a week so we are looking forward to seeing how it looks when we return as we will be staying again.
