United KingdomThe rooms looked a little tired in some places. It was a shame that the hotel didn't have a private area for hotel guests on the beach. When by the pool it would be nice if a waiter comes round to ask if you would like a drink. The rooftop bar is very disappointing as a space and looks cheap. So much you could do up there to make a lovely area to hang out and watch the sunset. Locals right outside the hotel exit on the beach did make it feel rather uncomfortable for a woman travelling alone.
Very large breakfast with many choices. Staff were very friendly and remembered my order on day 2 already. It was quite noise so maybe allocating according to group size would be better. Amazing pool and lots of chairs to chose from. Highly recommend the spa however be aware of the extra charges such as taxes.

Sri Lanka2 of the rooms we booked weren't cooling too well, but it wasnt much of an issue.
My family and i had a wonderful weekend at the hotel. The staff were extraordinary friendly, the buffet was spectacular- especially the pani puri station they had that night, and the classes conducted by Khanchana were the absolute best! Thank you, Sheraton Team!

BulgariaThe coffee was not the quality you can expect at 5 star hotel. The table covers at the restaurant looks worn out and sticky.
The hotel is located on the beach in lush forest. We have had great view to the ocean. The palms were just below the balcony and you can admire colorful exotic birds all the day. Just in front of the hotel you can find a Conservation turtle center where you can have guided tour. Perfect breakfast and dinner buffet with large variaty of tasty food. We apreciate comfortable bed and complimentary botles of drinking water. The staff was very attentive and helpful. They regularly ask you how you feel and what you need and do their best to fulfil all your wishes. Overall we have had great stay there.

United KingdomEverything was perfect in the hotel. The only thing is that the auto drivers have a monopoly in the area so they sit outside the hotel gate and wait to be called inside for guests. They don’t like uber and usually argue with them hence once has to walk outside the hotel gate to get into uber or argue with the autodrivers and threaten them of police so that they can allow uber drivers to come inside. We had an infant so had to use an uber most of the time and to have this issue every time was exhausting. Perhaps the hotels should do something about it. Ps: almost all good hotels have this issue there and not just Sheraton.
Loved the hospitality, location (right at the beach), friendliness of the staff. WiFi works brilliantly even at the pool or at the main gate which was surprising to see such strong connectivity outdoors. Best part was you can have a dip in the pool and walk straight to the beach and enjoy the waves and come back to the pool for your cocktail made with love and care.

The check in was easy especially as we arrived early in the morning. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay, especially at breakfast and dinner. The food was fresh and of extremely high quality and caters to all pallettes. There were different dishes each night so we never got bored of the food. Darshi, the manager, went out of her way to provide us with assistance for a special request. All of the management staff were lovely and highly skilled at their job. The barista and the lady making the eggs on request were both wonderful. The room were to a high spec and the cleaning staff were very thorough and professional. We lacked nothing through our stay. The rooftop bar was the best way to relax after a relaxing day 😄

United Kingdommold in the bathroom, we did not complain about this to the hotel as we wanted two rooms next to each other.
This hotel is definitely a resort and has all the facilities one would expect. The staff, food and facilities are exceptional. We enjoyed the pool, beach access, turtle sanctuary, buffet breakfast and Olive Restaurant. We particularly liked the outdoor seating for breakfast. We were assigned a guardian angel Satya S and she couldn't do enough for us. She was at the end of a text whenever we needed her.

Hong KongI think they were overbooked and understaffed for our stay. Our bathroom was dirty upon arrival and we had to call housekeeping to clean the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was way too busy. They were setting up for a big party and set up a huge marquee by the side of the pool blocking the view of the sea and reducing availability of sun loungers. This should have been communicated to us upon booking. We ended up going out onto the beach for some peace and quiet, a sun lounger and an umbrella.
Comfortable beds and large bathroom, a la carte dinner was delicious (we didn’t eat the buffet). Large pool and easy access to beach. Nice view from ocean view room.

AustraliaPublic beach area behind the hotel was not conducive to lounging around in, which was understandable. Hoping that the management can improve that in the coming years.
Everything from check in to check out was amazing. Particularly loved the how big the pool area was since we could relax without a lot of other people around. Buffet was amazing with its variety of different foods. The evening turn down service was really handy to stock up on water bottles and get fresh towels. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

AustriaThere is one thing, which are the company events that take place there. For whatever reason management has decided that it is ok for these to also use/take place the guest facilities. So suddenly you have 60 day-guests in the pool or even worse 40 people drinking beer and whiskey-cola next to the pool area, getting drunk, screaming and singing. I do not think that this is an appropriate policy for a hotel like this. Normally company events should be restricted to the meeting rooms/location and maybe a separated terrace or so, so that they do not use the same facilities as guests trying to relax. This also goes for food, which should normally be served specifically for the event in the event room location and not together with the guests.
Everything, this is a very comfortable and nice hotel with very friendly staff (e.g. Abdullah was taking perfectly care of me during breakfasts and dinners). Everyone was very nice and helpful, the facilities are clean, nice and beautiful. The pool is big and well maintained. Nothing to dislike here.
