The place and the facilities will take you to a different level, luxurious and quality. The staff were supportive, helpful and welcoming. The spa is a must try as you won’t find such level outside in Sri Lanka. I lost my bag and our personal assistant Urada and the manger and all the Sheraton team were surprisingly supportive and helpful.

Sri LankaThe fact the hotel didnt have valet parking. Being such a massive property valet parking would be great also keeping in mind its a mountain climb to enter the hotel after parking.
The room was very comfortable. The look and feel the ambiance was excellent. They had a big pool which was clean and maintained. Also the plunge pool a winner for the kids.

MaldivesI am so disappointed, first of all my room was not well supervised before arrival, one bathrobe was missing, bedsheets were teared, and most disappointedly found cockroach in the birth room. And at the end billing was not complete by hotel problems, they forget to add one breakfast bill to my totals, later calling me to pay the bill, what I believe is brand like Sheraton can do much better than this. Hope will improve by these comments. Thank you.

United Arab EmiratesStaff are very very rude, the manager (his name is "Emil Gularathnam") almost kicked us out of the room he was talking in a very bad way with an attitude, he shouted at us. room was unclean we found a lizard inside! restaurant service is horrible they took an hour to serve us what we ordered and end up by one missing dish too. it was our last day in Sri Lanka they ruined our trip although all other hotels in 4 different cities were amazing and people there were super friendly exactly opposite what we saw in Sheraton!

IndiaTheir room service needs a bit tweaking. It takes a really really long time to react to your requests be it for towels or water or anything. They're super cordial and wonderful people but their room service needs to be a tad bit better considering the resort standards.
The resort is right on the beach with an incredible swimming pool and fantastic buffet spreads. Ideal for a beach holiday in every way. The rooms are spacious, their facilities are impeccable and the amenities are perfect. A special mention for Inoka, Lahiru and Amanda for their exceptional service in making our stay exceed expectations!

Sri LankaThere was no weather blinds in outdoor restaurant which i believe a must to an out door restaurant specially during the raining season. It is bit difficult to dine at Outdoor restaurant in a rainy day.
We recently visited Sheraton and it was our honeymoon stay and i should say I was so glad that we selected Sheraton to spend our honeymoon. One day was too short to experience all the facilities they offer but yet we experienced many as we can. Check-in was very smooth and only took very few minutes and escorted to the room by Mr. Emil who is the front desk manager. It was our pleasure to meet such a gentleman who took care of us from checkin to checkout. Since we requested a higher floor room they have allocated top floor room for us which was a great news to start with. When we enter to the room there was a nice bed deco , Fruit basket and cake was waiting for us as honeymoon amenities which was complimentary. More importantly there was note from Mr. Emil to welcome us written by himself which was more personal than printed letters which other hotels practices. Also I should highlight on a small point which catches my eye which is their waste bins. It was segregated into two parts as recyclable side and non recyclable side. This is a small but yet a great gesture taken by the company to segregate the waste from the guest rooms itself which is a great example for others as well. Since we wanted to try out a la carte we booked only on bed and breakfast. So we tried Olive restaurant which is a restaurant and bar. Service was great and we met Mr. Samitha who is another person made our stay more memorable. He was very polite and checked with us at dinner and breakfast both just to make sure we enjoy our meals. Big shout out to Samitha as well to his hospitality also to the barman Thilina who was the barman at olive restaurant. I wish if they had weather blinds at Olive restaurant since it is an outside restaurant as it is bit disturbing on a rainy day. Breakfast was at S kitchen which is their main restaurant which offers giant breakfast buffet. I would say it was the heaviest breakfast we had. Food was excellent. Overall it was a satisfied stay

United Arab EmiratesAt checkin we had a nuissance and we wanted to cancel and get a refund right after paying, but it was sorted out. The hotel is old and needs maintenance or renovation. The beds are the worst...the mattress was so saggy on both sides and plump in the middle, it was horrible. Pool is standard and nothing special about it...no beautiful lanscaping or such. Kids pool was unshaded and there is no slide or anything fun for the kids. There is also no lifeguard for the pools or the beach

beautiful property with a friendly staff … always there to help. good example where I’ve lost my sunglasses at the property and staff were really helpful and within few hours they have managed to found the sunglass.. Spa was amazing . Also the food was very tasty with so many varieties to choose from . Rooms are modern and well designed . You should definitely go up to the roof top.. Nice breeze and good music … I would highly recommend this property.
