Only negative was a poor quality mattress

Clean room with good A/C. Very good breakfast and nice pool. 30 min walk to Lion Rock and choice of restaurants and a bus stop within a few mins walk.

Lovely place, clean, quiet, and very peaceful. It has certain charm about it. The only negative thing for me was the lack of information. It would be a good idea to tell guests where and what time breakfast is. Also a bit more information on where to eat and what's to see in the local area.

Only 1 sheet on the bed.. it’s personally preference i know so didn’t mention it.

Booked at the last minute due to disappointment with Horizon Hostel & Private Rooms… so was very happy that this hotel was easy for Tuk Tuk to find, clean, comfortable with a lovely view of the forest from out window. The owner went above and beyond to help with my bad back after i’d injured it slipping down some steps in the rain A few days before. His balm massage made our next journey to Kandy bearable. 🙏🏻

You have to pay in cash., Staff lied about the VISA machine 'not working'. Location is very quiet but a bit far from restaurants.

Great to relax in the pool after a hot day of exploring the sights. Generous breakfast and helpful staff.

There's no hair dryer,or electric kettle as it mentioned on the website.and inconvenience of not accepting card payment.the door to the washroom was very low in the first room we stayed.

The kottu could have been more tasty. I think they might have assumed we wouldn't want anything spicy!

The location is perfect for a visit to Lions Rock. 100m as the crown flies, or about 400m by car to the car park. This makes it ideal for sunrise visits, coming back for a typically large sri Lankan breakfast afterwards. The hotel is family run and we stayed in a newly refurbished room which was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony overlooking the gardens.

The shower was okay, but not great. Luckily there is a nice pool! Also if you drive your own tuktuk, the road to the hotel is slightly bumpy but really doable.

It's a really nice and quiet place close to Lions Rock with a pool. The manager is a very friendly, helpful and interesting guy. He arranged a nice Elefant safari for me and another couple and always asked, if he can help. The food as well was very good and the staff so nice! Had a good time! It's just a bit out of the center so just have to know that.

Hot water shower a bit temperamental. Room/bathroom quite basic for the price.

Good sized breakfast, but would be nicer if the pancakes were warm. Good variety of local and continental. Rooms were a good size. Ac cools the room well. Water provided on first day. Nice grounds which they seem to be still developing, but this does not disturb the peace. Lovely dog, Teddy. Can walk through the trees to Sigiriya town as a shortcut. No route is lit though so bring a torch.

The were some bugs in the room

Great atmosphere, the place is beautiful. Our rooms was decorated with lovely pictures and lightings. The pool was great.
