Sri LankaWe stayed there for two nights and enjoyed it a lot. The rooms are clean and really cozy. Service and breakfast was good. The road is a bit noisy but all in all we would come definitely back.

RussiaA quiet, peaceful area in the center of Unawatuna. The hotel, as I understand it, is family-run. All rooms are clean, recently renovated. The rooms have fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV. Good bathroom and shower. The breakfasts were very tasty. The dessert changed every day (sometimes fruit, sometimes muffins, sometimes pancakes). Cold cream was served with coffee. At the end of breakfast they always brought a cold smoothie. They don't enter the rooms without asking, even to clean the room. So if you need something, just ask. You can ask for different services - the owners are understanding. For example, we asked to use the washing machine to wash clothes, we also asked to prepare lunch boxes for us when we went on excursions. There is no fridge in the rooms, but you can use the fridge in the kitchen - just ask the staff. The staff is smiling and friendly. The staff usually shows up at the hotel in the morning, the rest of the time the hotel is quiet :) My friend and I stayed at the hotel for 11 days. We rarely saw other guests, mostly in the mornings. As far as I understand, other guests came for 1-2 days. The hotel is located 2 kilometers from the beach. In principle, you can walk there in 20-25 minutes, but we went by taxi (PickMe app) and tuktuks. The hotel has a closed territory and is equipped with surveillance cameras. We left our things in the rooms without any problems. PS: Sorry for my english.

Had a great time staying here! The view was stunning, and we loved waking up to it every morning. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, cozy, and really nice. Just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Totally worth the price and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Unawatuna.

Russiavery cozy and stylish apartments for such a price. Everything is clean. Nice veranda. Friebdly and helpful staff. Breakfast is a different story, very tasty. Unawatuna street and the beach can be reached in 5 minutes by tuk tuk or bike

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with all the essential amenities needed for both short and long stays. Its location is quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast provided was simple yet satisfying, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.

If you want to stay in Unawatuna the location was amazing. The Villa was our favorite part of going to this location. The view from the balcony was so wonderful. I really loved sitting out and watching all the nature and being in the jungle. highly recommend

An excellent hotel, newly renovated, very cozy, clean rooms, with hot water, air conditioning and TV, there is excellent fast Wi-Fi, there are also decent apartments on the entire 3rd floor with several rooms, a kitchen and all the necessary equipment, shops, cafes, a train station are all within walking distance , I recommend it very much, stayed in it for a month

SloveniaThe air conditioning system is not working. The electricity keeps turning on and off every five minutes when multiple devices, such as the AC and TV, are used simultaneously. The staff has difficulty communicating in English.
