Sri LankaDirty washing basin at the main restaurant,bar menu card not up to date with current prices,the bar,bathroom floor and the room floors were not cleaned properly,no soap holder inside the shower cubical.the passage from pool area to the rooms were not cleaned properly,bad smell.The mugs inside the room was not cleaned. There were only 02 single pillows and the bath towels were not available during the checked in.The barman took about 1 & 1/2 hour to report to the duty so that we had to wait till he come to order our foods and drinks.Here this can only give 2/10 rating with compared to the overall quality in Araliya resort and spa at Unawatuna.If it is not about its location with the lake view I will not recommend this hotel Sudu araliya for sure.

Sri LankaOverpriced in booking.com, claimed room facilities were not provided in some of the rooms. We booked 7 rooms with all views as they have mentioned in booking.com (Lake view, Garden view, Pool view, Mountain view) but two rooms were given with "staircase" view. (When you open the window you see only the staircase and maintenance area of the hotel.) :(
