Highly recommended place to stay in Nilaveli. Malllika is super kind and also makes the best breakfast for a great price !!… we arrived ridiculously early after a night train but she still welcomed us with coffee and place to chill before our room was ready. Very close to the beach and lots of places to eat close by. Mallika can help arrange tuk tuks, bicycles etc for the going rate with locals. Had a fabulous time here .

The budget accomodation is very close to Nilaveli beach and the family ist very friendly and helpful. I got tea or coffee, got laundry service and a Tuk Tuk was organised to go to Trincomalee bus staion very early in the morning. It is definitely an accomodation worth to stay if you want to stay at Nilaveli beach or explore the surrounding sights.

We stayed at this nice homestay in Nilaveli for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The owner and her family were very welcoming and always up for a chat. The homecooked breakfast was really amazing and we wholeheartedly recommend it! Before going to the beach or on a diving tour, we always had our breakfast on our little terrace and watched the cute cats and chickens walk around in the garden. Our host also arranged a scooter for us for a really good price and always helped us when we had questions. Thank you for a great stay! :)

Great and affordable breakfast. Mallike and her family are such great hosts. And always around to help. The room was clean, big enough, a comfortable bed, and a mosquito net. Very good location, 2 min for a quiet beach. It's definitely worth staying.

Very cozy and nice room, super close to the beach but a bit far from all the beach bars. However totally worth it for the price and I can recommned. Great breakfast. Thank you for everything.

The room I stayed in was very comfortable, with AC and everything was very clean. The guesthouse is very close to the beach and has some restaurants nearby. The best thing was the attention of Malika who was very kind, she took care of every detail and was very helpful. They also rented me a motorcycle to visit the city and other beaches. I recommend 100%

The place is a family run business. Suman and Malika are just great hosts. They made our stay in Trinco very enjoyable. The breakfast they provided are reasonably price and delicious. If you ever need any queries, they are always willing to go the extra mile to help. Next is the closeness to the beach, which made this a perfect choice. Restaurants are close to their location, and it's within walking distance.

This place is so great and run by such an amazing family. Me and my partner turned up here both with a cold and the flu and she really helped us and looked after us during our stay. It's literally minutes from the beach you can see the sea! And the beds were super comfortable. Our favourite thing was the Sri Lankan breakfast that was made for us each morning, and the tea!!! I was addicted to that tea by the end of the stay! Thank you so much for having us! ☺️

The property was very well-maintained and beautiful. The room was comfortable, clean, and with good AC (we actually had to turn it up because we got cold). The location was excellent, close to restaurants and shops, and so close to the beach you could see it from the road. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, enough to keep us going for hours. Best of all, our hosts were absolutely lovely people. They genuinely want you to have a great stay and will do their best to accommodate whatever you need. We already miss them 🥲

they are very friendly owners. The welcomed us and let us check in early. It's very close to the beach, 1 minute walking distance. We also went by their restaurant and the handed us some food (for free). the breakfast was delicious and a lot. so we would recommend this place. An exceptional lovely and sweet home stay close to Nilaveli beach (3 minutes walk). The family is so attentive and helpful, especially the mother Malika (hope I spelled it right). Very tasty Sri Lankan breakfast served when it suits you, and she offers you coffee/tea in the evenings. Anything you need, the family will help you (tuk tuk, boat trips, tips on how much to pay etc). I loved spending three nights here, relaxing on the porch in the evening, chatting with the family and their two cats (and kittens!). If I come back to Nilaveli I will definitely stay here again. If you want an authentic stay and want to feel at home, I can recommend staying here.

We booked the family room with 3 double beds and private bathroom. First of all, I want to say how clean the room and the entire place is. The beds were thick and so comfortable and the bathroom had new fixtures that worked wonderfully. Secondly, apart from the place being absolutely beautiful and so close to the beach, we especially loved the family. They were so generous to us and so hospitable, we really felt at home. We requested a stove to cook our food even though it wasn’t included but they graciously provided us with one without hesitation. Then when we went to pay for it at the end of our stay, they fully refused to accept any payment for it. We are so grateful to have met Suman and his entire family especially his lovely daughter. We will definitely without a doubt be returning back to Suman Beach Rooms when we are there. Anyone who books this place will definitely love it, I guarantee it!! Thank you so much Suman and family for your wonderful hospitality. You made our trip so memorable, we will never forget it!

Bathroom mirror and water outlet point not clean. Just i saw that.

We stayed yesterday at suman beach rooms. They are very helpful staff. Room is very big and have good facilities. From room to nilaveli beach distance 300m. Highly recommended that place. You can provide towels and soaps for guests. Thankyou so much.we will come again.
