This place has very good location, ciosem to the beach and city centre. Garden is very beautiful, room is big and has everything what needed. There is albo kitcgem which you can use and preper own food. But the most important and the Best is owner and his friendly and helpfull family. Easygoing People with big talent to cooking. Amaising breakfast with ice cream🙂. I full rekompensuje Basu and his place. It was pleasure to spend time in this place with lovely owner.. One day i will come back there

Basu is a really nice guy, that helped us with everything and was always friendly and smiling. The room ist very spacious and clean. The bed is comfy as well. The beach and a lot of diffrent restaurants are reachable within a few minutes walk. The centre of Tangalle is only a 15 min walk away, where you can find ATMs and also restaurants or supermarkets. We can highly recommend this accomodation.

Excellent location, 3 minutes from the beach, 12 minutes on foot to the center. A large and very clean room, a quiet place, friendly hosts, family atmosphere. Restaurants in the vicinity. A great choice.

The room smelt a bit musty but really just need to be aired out.

Location was just off the Main Street with small family restaurants along the way. It was less than 5 min walk to the beach. For this price I don't think you could get better! The bathroom was a good size and so weee the rooms

Cold shower (some of the pics showed an electric shower but not in our room). The room construction is quite open by the roof so you can hear every noise outside we still slept well though. These issues wouldnt stop us from returning though.

Location just a 5 min walk to the amazing beach, a few good restaurants right outside.and away from the noisy bus route. Big rooms and shared balcony. Realy friendly host who spoke good English.

We had no mosqito net in our room and no AC. At this price point I would not expect the latter but a mosquito net would be nice.

The room was very spacious and the location of the hotel is great. Very close to the beach and some great restaurants nearby.

Place is next to the small one beach. This area in general more suitable for snorkelling. But still can swim, chill. Close to that area famous party place they said. Every Wednesday and Saturday for now:) Clean place. Fresh room. People who are managing this place are very nice, helpful. On WhatsApp online with you. There was comments about dogs, but dogs didn’t bother us at all, none was barking

Everything, the host was great. The rooms were great as well. The host caters to all of your needs and is a great chef serving up a feast for order.Spot is so near the beach and food sources as well. The host is tremendous .

Room can get quite hot due the lack of airconditioning. This however didn’t bother us.

New facilities, close enough to the beach. Music from the nearest cafe finished near 10 pm. I wish you neighbors to finish rebuilding the home faster!

We had wifi but it sometimes worked sometimes not. Too bad there was no hot water.

Place is good to stay. The location was convenient, both to the sea and to the center.We also had a terrace where we could sit both in the evening and in the morning. Drink coffee or tea and enjoy the quiet place. The host was helpful and nice.
