WiFi connection was very bad. Technicians came and repaired the line by changing so many cables. But we had issues for all 3 days.

Improvements should be considered by management re: cleanness of rooms, bed comforts and amenities provided. Separate water bottles weren't provided in rooms. Towels weren't fresh/not clean enough. Wash room size is fairly small.

Location is great and conveniently located nearby stores, many restaurants and local & street markets. Easy access to local transport (auto/tuck tucks, uber, taxies & buses etc.) and situated by Galle Road as well other main streets. Wellawatte beach is very close by about 7-10 mins walk and Galle Face beach is around 15 to 20 minutes drive or approx. an hour walk. Two room apartment size is adequate for four adults or families with children. Three rooms apartments also available. Check-in & Checkout were smooth and quick enough. Reception staff, bell boys and other hotel staff were great and very helpful. I will recommend this hotel for families with kids, business and leisure travellers.

There was a bit of a musty smell in the apartment, so we kept the windows open. the kitchen was good, but there was nothing to wash used utensils with and no paper towels/tissues.

very spacious apartment with three bedrooms and bathrooms. good restaurant on the rooftop. The location is good because of all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket in the basement was very convenient. They gave us a 4 G router for internet, which was very good since we had multiple devices connected at the same time.

The place was nice, clean, spacious, and with a good view. The staff were really nice and helpful. The only problem was the wifi. It kept disconnecting and was slow (though the staff were very good at attempting to fix it).

Staff behaviour wasn't that convenient. We avoided talking to them and maintained distance only talking when we needed something but they seemed to be rude and arrogant. We didn't feel like we were in a friendly environment. Else property is really good just need proper staff at the front desk who have more courtesy.. Else just go for a better hotel because your experience with staff is of utmost priority for decent stay.

Property was clean and location is near to many shops and easy to access there are many supermarkets nearby to get everything you need. Property is really awesome with amazing pool and roof top dining..

.Wellawate beach (near by hotel), is disgusting without palm trees, a lot of garbage even in the water, we had to go to City Port Beach (it's not much either)

The accommodation was nice, clean with a view of the ocean. The kitchen is furnished very modestly. Some of the air conditioners were old and malfunctioning. The rooftop pool was clean, the food at Area 56 was decent.

Before we could check in I went through the reviews on the website. There were mixed reviews. Pls experience It yourself before judging. It was completely opposite to what I was expecting. The staff were really helpful. Especially the guy in the reception and the one who took us to see the place. As I was not comfortable with the place which he had showed me initially so I asked for a change. The guy in the reception was really sweet to change it into a sea view and to a bigger apartment. My husband and daughter loved the place. We had called the housekeeping the following morning. They were really efficient and quick. And the place was really spacious and quiet. The location was accessible to all the places. Overall it was a good experience. Felt like we were living in Qatar. It was just the same. And plus you could hear the adhan from the mosque next door. Alhamdulillah. Thank you so much team.

The main bed room air conditioner was not working. WE made complains after complains but they were not able to rectify the same. You should check all amenities whether its in working condition before handover

The air conditioner was not working in the master bedroom and they came twice to fixed it but unable to fix. They should have checked everything is in order before handing the room. It was terribly hot during the night and has to sleep on the couch with the living room air conditioner.

Very few options for breakfast which I stopped taking after few days. Same repeated menu.

It’s an apartment type hotel, they do have a roof top restaurant and a good pool above that. Located very well and the staff was very polite and helping.
