Lovely, homely, welcoming guesthouse, run by a wonderful couple and great staff. Not like a hotel, this is Judith's and Saman's home and business. We arrived as guests and left feeling more like family. The little details matter and they were welcoming, helpful, easy to talk to and the home cooking delightful. They helped arrange a tour of Colombo and airport transfer. Nothing was too much trouble. Don't hesitate, you'll be glad you stayed here, and the more nights you stay the more you'll appreciate what a little gem this is.

Our stay at this guesthouse in Negombo was absolutely delightful! Judith, our host, was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel completely at ease in her beautifully transformed home. The property has a lovely garden with a pool, and our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were lucky to have a stunning suite with a small balcony and plenty of space for the kids. The breakfast was exceptional—delicious and fresh. Judith went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even arranging an amazing massage for us. She also gave us excellent advice for our trip, which was so helpful. There’s a small boutique on-site where you can buy gorgeous dresses, which was a pleasant surprise. Judith’s experience of having visited Europe brings a unique, open-minded touch to her hospitality, which I think many European travelers will appreciate. This guesthouse is truly a hidden gem in Negombo, and we highly recommend it!

This was an exceptional guest house, beautiful rooms, gardens and swimming pool and I highly recommend it. From my welcome at 12am, greeted by the owner and given tea. My bags had not arrived with me and the next day, my hosts contacted the baggage handlers. Took me to the airport and helped me buy some much needed items. I felt at home the moment I arrived. The owners Sam and Judith were the greatest hosts I have ever experienced in many years of travel. The gardens, the pool, booking, us into an excellent spa and our ongoing travel. Nothing was too much trouble and we spent many hours learning about Sri Lanka and travel options in the country. The food was standout, the new "Judith's Seafood Bistro" was truly amazing. I only ate once outside the guest house, because the food here was so good and so much choice. A big thank you to your beautiful team, who made my stay beyond anything I could have hoped for.

Great option for staying in the more heart of Negombo town before or after flying. Very good facilities throughout the property, and very nice hosts! Will definitely stay here again when next passing through Negombo.

Judith and Sam are amazing hosts. So helpful if Negombo is your first stop and you are finding your feet. Judith organised a tour of the Dutch canal- which was well worth the money. Easy walking distance to main drag. Comfortable beds.

Very nice hosts who ensured I had a comfortable stay. The room was good size, cold AC, had a refrigerator, and was generally in good condition. I didn't use the pool but it looked good. A block away from the main road by the beach so nice and quiet there.

We spent 4 nights at Xiao's and it was exactly what we needed to enjoy our stay in Kuala Lumpur! Infinity pool is amazing, apartment is all you need and Xiao was always nice and responsive. I highly recommend this place!
