Everything was great in the hotel, especially the staff. A bit far from main attractions, but the hotel has an own tuktuk and organises tuktuk transfers.

Airco was not adjustable, it runned with max or nothing… we said to the staff, but they could not manage it.

We stopped by in this Hotel during our roundtrip. It was not so big facility, but the layout was very cleverly thought out. Pool in the middle, the restaurant behind it, rooms around this central… staff are real hosts, very friendly people. Dinner was included, and it was a satisfying menu served, with a delicious cream soup👌. Best value for the price.

The bedroom was dark . It was located in the building beside the restaurant and on the ground floor.

Very nice place for a quiet, comfortable stay and relatively close to all major sightseeing attractions. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The food is great. Sincere thanks to the staff and especially to the General Manager, Felix, for the pleasant and comfortable stay.

The only thing was the beds were very hard mattresses, but as your never that long at the hotel we managed

Nice property off the beaten path. Easy travel into Sigiriya which is 15 drive to both lions rock and the second viewing point 2km away. Nice food and staff are really helpful

It didn’t bother us, but we found a squirrel in our room which the staff helped to guide out as we didn’t want to scare it. We are in a quiet area surrounded by nature so we kind of expected this and the staff dealt with this quickly and efficiently.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. One of our favourites from the 3 week trip. Small, boutique and not many rooms available which was perfect for us. Very close to Lion and P Rock with transport services available by the hotel. Shops close by for any snacks etc. Most communication is done via WhatsApp so food orders and drinks can be done here whilst still maintaining full availability at reception desk. Pool area is quiet and peaceful, lots of wildlife can be seen. Rooms are a good size for the price, hot water, comfy beds, balconies with tea/coffee available. Food is great too.

Breakfast could be better

The staff is absolutely fantastic! The whole team was super helpful and friendly. Such a happy and smiling team, always ready to help us. It really made our stay unforgettable. A big thank you to all of them. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is well located as long as you have a motorcycle.

Spacious apartments. Great outdoor area with a pool. Very good food. The staff was amazing and they really went far to help us with everything we needed. Felix even helped us to arrange a transport from Kandy to Ella when we didnt manage to get train tickets.

In the pool area there were a lot of bugs and insects You have to take one step down to access the washroom this was a lil bit inconvenient For city tours and safari, the hotel keeps a commission and tell you the cost for the vehicle. And they did not recommend the closest safari park, since the commission they get will be lower - We found a good tuk tuk in the area- Best to find someone like this so you get better rates and recommendations

It was a wonderful stay at Teaprass. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Chanaka & staff assisted us every step of the way, promptly fulfilling all our needs. Overall, it was an excellent experience. They also arranged a safari, which was great. The atmosphere was calm and quiet.

The pool is slippery (our baby fell) and could be cleaner

Amazing place. I definitely recommend it if you have kids. The garden is lovely, there is a swing. There are lots of shade and trees around. Nice pool, with a baby pool, too. Baby cot ready in the room upon our arrival. Nice curtains that shield you from the sun. Good value for money.

We stayed at Tepraas Sigiriya for the past two days and we are absolutely thrilled. By far the best accommodation we've had in Sri Lanka. Spacious rooms, a fantastic pool, and incredibly helpful staff. The property itself is charming, surrounded by greenery, with adorable little squirrels running around, and we even spotted an iguana (we think! :p). The hotel staff couldn't have been more wonderful, and they helped me organize a massage and arranged a driver as well. The restaurant even had a high chair for our baby. Highly recommend!
