All in all perfect for a one night stay. Helpful and welcoming host. Water pressure a bit low but for a short period it didn’t matter. Otherwise a very clean and nice room

The staff made us feel extremely welcome, supplied us with great local knowledge, arranged a local English speaking taxi and tour guide, and food on offer is varied and superb. We would definitely return.

Everything was perfect..breakfast was so so good and we also eat dinner in their restaurant and it was best dinner on our vacations on Srilanka! Room was very nice and clean.we stay only 1night on the first day and one night on last day of our trip. Also owner is very helpfull and nice. Thank you,wish all best!!!

The mosquitos, but there are nets.

We had the large family room with two queensize beds: comfortable for two. The AC and hotwater worked well. The deluxe rooms are nicer decorated. Friendly and helpful staff. Some nice beach bars and restaurants are close at the nice part of Negombo Beach. Airport is an 0,5 hour’s drive.

My husband and I can highly recommend The Branch B&B. Fabulous central location close to the beach and in the centre of many restaurants and bars. The location was quiet with lovely manicured gardens, exceptionally clean and the staff we very helpful. We will definitely stay again if we return to Negombo 😀

The welcome was not very friendly. They didn‘t pay much attention to us: Maybe we arrived too early in the morning: 08:00 am. We had to pay for the early morning check in. But that’s ok: we slept well after a long flight.

It was noisy at night. There is no safety box in the room, and there are no gates to the property.

Very close to the sea, there is hot water in the shower which is not always the case in Sri Lanka.

2 mins from the beach and a selection of bars and restaurants, but set back from the road so nice and quiet. The room was spacious and hot showers. The food at the restaurant was outstanding. Accidentally overcharged for dinner as guest don't pay for service and they searched us out to refund.

The room was spotlessly clean and just across the road from the beach. Very quiet and the room stayed nice and dark. Towels and linen were top quality and we loved the fact that they replenished the drinking water in a glass refillable bottle rather than two plastic bottles. You MUST eat at the restaurant here. We had been travelling around Sri Lanka for 3 weeks and the food served at The Branch was one of the best. Amazing food!! If you want a clean, quiet room with great value this is the place!

Excellent place. Owner and staff extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. Very nice room, clean with private balcony overlooking the garden. It's also a distance from the road so no traffic noise. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.
