There was no refrigerator as it should be in the description. But it was no problem, the very nice owner helped us and we could put our coolbag in his refrigenerator. So all was perfect!

Perfect place to stay the first night, very comfortable beds. Try the battered Prwans at the owners beautiful garden restaurant, the were amazing!

The stay was really amazing. The room was very clean, specially the bathroom. Suraj is a nice guy who kept everything clean and looked after me well. I highly recommend it for a solo or couples. Value for money.

Very nice clean quiet and cozy room with a small balcony with garden view. The owners restaurant is super delicious and also very cozy in the backyard (sweet lights at the evening, nice location). Perfect location for an overnight stay after arriving in Negombo/Colombo

Everything was simply perfect....

In my 10 weeks in Sri Lanka, This was the only hotel that resembled the comfort hotels provide in the west. There was hot water in the tap not only in the shower as is usual in the country. The owner, Sooraj, is AMAZING and all staff are very friendly and hospitable. The place is super clean and the bed very very comfortable. There was even a plug in device for mosquitos in the room, as opposed to mosquito nets, and a lampshade activated by touch. Working internet. Great food. Great location. Electricity plugs next to the bed on both sides, working kettle and tea bags, complimentary GLASS bottle of water, keys activate/deactivate electricity in the room. This was the most environmentally friendly place I stayed in the whole country. Great value for money. And the newly created garden restaurant is a must visit!

Suraj and family were exceptionally warm, generous and welcoming. My room was comfortable, peaceful and the food was excellent. The Branch offers superb value for money and as the stunning beach with easy access to Jetwing Blue's fancy pool and facilities just over the road, i thoroughly recommend it and will stay there again, should i be fortunate to visit Negombo again. I am a returning guest, and once again I really enjoyed my stay. The place is wonderful, very close to the beach, all the local restaurants, shops and bars, and only a short drive to the airport. There is a a private entrance and drive through the garden, which means you will not hear any noise from the adjacent street. The host is friendly, smiling and helpful and If you need something he will be pleased to assist you. The room is perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was always nice. As a frequent traveller I highly recommend your stay.

I had the pleasure to stay at this very nice accomodation. The host was kind and supportive from the moment I arrived until the most mute I left. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, and very quiet. The location is ideal, close to the beach and all the best restaurants are withing 3 minutes walk. This is the ideal place to stay after a long haul flight, and I can genuinely, highly recommend your stay.

We loved our stay here. The owner and his wife are superkind and we were welcomed with a delicious lime and soda juice. They have a backup generator which came in very handy and the bed and silkysmooth sheets were better than at home. I got sick the first day as I always do and they were superkind and when I needed to go to the store, the manager even walked with me. He is also someone I will remember for his kindness. The location was perfect. Super close to the restaurants and bars and close to the beach. All in all: we recommend everyone a stay here wholeheartedly!
