Amazing location very close to the beach and restaurants. The room was great with Aircon and wifi was very reliable. The owners are very sweet and kind they made us feel very welcomed. Each morning they made us a massive breakfast which included either a choice of a western breakfast or Sri Lankan breakfast and also included fruit, pancakes and coffee or ice coffee( which was delicious). Whenever my parent and I arrive back at the room we were greeted with sweets and coffee/tea free of charge. We will definitely be recommending this accomodation to everyone know. We will definitely be returning here when we are next back in Sri Lanka. Once again thank you so much

While this is not a deal killer the room did not have hot water. As we were on the beach and the weather was over 30 every day we enjoyed the cold shower

The room was very clean and comfortable. The family served us a Sri Lanken breakfast each morning and were very accommodating . The price was more than fair. The location is across from the beach and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance

A gem of a place. Very close to the beach and town but more than that it was the best and cleanest place I’ve stayed in SL. The host was superb. Greeted with iced coffee and kept bringing coffees or sandwiches whenever we returned. Faultless!

The property was amazing location and extremely close to beach and best cafes/restaurants in Mirissa. The staff were kind, provided a washing service and served amazing food. Even invited us for dinner.

The owners are really wonderful and went the extra mile by helping me book an awesome turtle snorkelling and whale watching trip. The food provided was tasty, fresh and abundant. rooms are on 1. floor, could be a problem for disabled people

we have tried many accomodations during our stay in Sri Lanka and found out that best option is to find small hotel taking care by the owners. And this is it. Its modest, but clean, safe, good shower pressure, excellent location - very close to beautiful beach, quite far from the noise of the street, close to restaurants /we recommend Hungry Hub/, there is a terrace on the roof with privacy and sea view, laundry service at the basis. Have to say, very kind owners with typical trustworthy Srilankan smile. We really appreciated local breakfast /local fresh fruit, local hoppers-have to try in Mirissa/ pancake and tea in the evening for free.We felt very good. Thank you. Hope the owners will keep this standard. Another point is if you consider your stay between Mirissa and Hikkaduwa, go definitely for Mirissa.

Honestly, i had my doubt when i arrived at the steep stairs in the rain. But the staff ran to help, and it became my favorite accommodation in Ranka. better than looking facilities, comfortable bed, clean washroom, great food, exceptional hospitality. The family (I assume) who run this house is so lovely, especially the lady! They made my memory of Mirissa. Thank you so much.

The family that runs the place is very kind and they were so hospitable! They would randomly send treats such as crepes and sweet potato dishes to my room during the day, and even accommodate my last minute requests. As a solo woman traveller, i would highly recommend the place. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Excellent stay! Hosts were so lovely and friendly, the room was the best & cleanest we’ve stayed in our entire month long trip in Sri Lanka. The breakfast was delicious, plentiful and with a beautiful view - choice of traditional or western! We were given delicious banana chocolate pancakes and iced coffee throughout our stay - free of charge so sweet and thoughtful. Laundry service was excellent. Wi-Fi and AC was great. Location was perfect - beach over the road, main road of shops/restaurants, 5 min walk to supermarket / pharmacy, ATM right outside, short Tuktuk to secret beach. Honestly incredible value for money! Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The hosts were amazing, kind, available, helpful… The breakfast was delicious and big. We had the opportunity to choose between 2 breakfast, both amazing. They care a lot of their guest and welcomed us with iced coffee. Everyday we got free food such as pancake, tea… Very very great location and the room was very spacious and clean!! A laundry service is available for cheap price!! I would recommend this place at 10000%!!

We had a wonderfull stay at this appartment! The hosts are super friendly. And we got the most delicious pancakes and ice coffees all day long and all for free! We had the most beautiful scenery on the roof top terrace, this is also the place where we had breakfast. A very good start of the day. The location is very good, the beach is right in front. One of the main highlights of Mirrissa(parrot rock) is right across the street. And every other highlight(coconut tree hill, etc) is in walking distance. We highly recommend this place!
