The lack of the power sockets in the rook (or we couldn't find them) The only one was in the bathroom.

Breakfast was very tasty, te room was not so spacious but the view on the valley of Nuwara Elyia was amazing. Theroom and the bathroom were celan but they lacked of hair dryer. The suff was super friendly as everywhere in Sri Lanka :)

A bit run down.. some humidity.. but you will know you are also in a guesthouse and it is not easy to fix every single details..

You will feel like home right away ! The dinner was amazing and totally worth this you are a little far from town - and if you don’t have a car. Of the weather is a bit so so it is tons better to stay for dinner. The beds were sooooo comfy and the blankets well thought.

Noisy in the corridors around breakfast/dinner if you have a room near the dining area.

My stay was really comfortable and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The view was also fantastic. Unfortunately broke my glasses during my stay and they quickly helped me find somewhere to get the fixed. The breakfast was large, as were the rooms which were very comfortable.

Quite loud with other guests as there is an echo inside the building. Our room’s window was right next to a busy alleyway so we didn’t have privacy unless we kept the curtains closed.

Nice location - a little bit outside of town so it’s quieter, but there is a shortcut nearby to shorten the walk into the city center. Hosts were very kind and helped us to arrange our travel. Comfortable bed and very hot water.

No any welcome at the arrival. Limited parking facilities. Except the lady all othther members never attended on any issue.

The couple room is so small. Floor covered with plastic sheet. And the washroom (probably in my room only) had a problem with the floor where water doesn't drain properly.

The mother and her son. They were exceptional and so caring. All dissatisfaction finally went away due to her so homely and motherly care. Food was prepared by her own hand and so delicious 😋. She always tried to deliver extra care for her guests.

Keep in mind You can walk from city center to hotel but is steap, tuktuk is better.

Only challenge was climbing stairs. One suggestion to highlight is the flooring in room is spoiled it needs to be addressed, otherwise it was great stay for family!

Hotel staff were very friendly! Very well maintained providing a comfortable stay! Location of the Hotel is very good with majestic views of sun rise and nature. Breakfast was great, services were very friendly and easy to be communicated. Location is easy to commute for must go places.

There was a lot of noise throughout the house, especially in the mornings, the walls and ceilings were thin so we could hear chairs being moved and everything going on outside. Only cold showers, which normally don't bother us, but as it was raining and the temperature was low, it wasn't comfortable and we had cold feet most of the time. Additional blankets or slippers for guests would improve the service.

Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, panoramic views from the balconies. Accommodation run by a family who are very friendly and polite, especially the son is helpful, gives tips on what to do and helped us with the transportation to the nearby train station.

Owner -family is really great to get along …they helped a lot and even offered free drop in at city centre when it was raining and we couldn’t find tuk-tuk.. Served delicious breakfast .. Overall is a great property and we enjoyed our stay a lot ..Dampening was continuous rain -but people at hotel made our stay comfortable

amazing place to stay and the views are fantastic. The family that runs the travellers nest inn are friendly, polite and all round lovely people.
