This place is a little gem. I enjoyed my stay at The tree of life resort. I was well taken care of by all the staff. The room was comfy, clean and stylish. The food was delicious and the pool was refreshing. This resort would suit groups. You could easily book the whole resort out as it only has 6 chalets. I totally recommend this place, and I'm looking forward to returning.

Everything was perfect! A perfect little gem of a resort. The resort is beautifully laid out around the pool and dining area. The plants and trees give it a garden like atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful and comfy and the bath and showers an extra treat. The staff was very friendly and the service and exceptional. The food from the restaurant very tasty and we enjoyed every meal!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tree of Life Resort and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They even arranged for a baby cot to be placed in our room without any hassle, which made our stay with our little one much more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the lake safari in Bentota that the resort arranged for us. The safari was an amazing experience, with beautiful scenery and lots of crocodiles to see. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Aside from the lake safari, the resort itself was absolutely stunning. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The food was delicious and the pool provided a great way to relax and unwind. Overall, I highly recommend Tree of Life Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the lake safari in Bentota was an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to come back!

Best place to stay in the whole of Sri Lanka. We loved every minute and even extended our stay from 3 nights to 7. Everything you need in one place. Staff are so lovely. They will do anything for you. Pool was beautiful and everywhere picture perfect

Chalet floor is really slippery, especially so with wet feet.

Wonderful hosts and fantastic cabana, super comfortable, the bathroom/ shower exceptional!! Loved the free tuk tuk service to the beach, very handy and efficient. Breakfast was amazing and served on our little private terrace.

Three things that would make the stay even better; 1) No instant coffee at breakfast, it’s not drinkable. 2) The AC has a white light that glows in the room all night. 3) The small side window into the room, next to the 2nd bed, is really bright, despite having a blind on it & didn’t allow us to sleep in. Apart from the above points we loved it!

The best bathroom I have ever had at a hotel, just wow, gorgeous! Super well maintained & clean property. Attentive staff. Lovely fresh breakfast. Pool is gorgeous. Our beds were super comfy. It was helpful that they took us into town for dinner & back.

There were mosquitoes, big black lizards and cockroaches in the room, it was quite surprising given such great reviews of the hotel. Poor hygiene...
