Everything was on point only thing i did not like is the fact that you cannot go to the pool side area after 6pm because the pool is actually inside a different property.

The staff were really nice and always tried to help us with a big smile on their faces. The rooms were very clean and cozy.

Long walk to restaurants and supermarket but Tuk tuks available. Small room but fine for 1 person. Unclean glass shower screen and basin tap.

A new building with modern decor a working TV, air conditioner and safe. Very comfortable bed and pillows and luxurious bath towels. It was a very short stroll to the beach with access to the hotel next door's pool and parking. Aaron was very welcoming, helpful and spoke very good English.

You may need to request a blanket as we didn’t have and the front desk isn’t available after 5pm although they will help you check in and you can be in touch through WhatsApp but their won’t be any personnel on the property for help.

Felt clean and airy, the setup is cute and new. Nice beach access and great location. 5 min drive from bar area.

The only complaint would be that the toilet smelt bad.

The room was quite modern and clean. Good location and nice that we were able to use the pool of the resort next door. We are able to leave our bags early before check in and we were shown around and how to get to the pool and beach. Would recommend staying here. We would stay again.

No service. No responsible person to attend or answer. We checked in late & there was no electricity for 5 hours in the night. After complain they started generator in the morning 5oclock.

When the time of check in, staff was trying to charge exactly 3,000 rupees as they only accept cash transactions. Bed linen was not changed for days as pillow cases stink and had to tell the staff to change all the linens. Only one staff member handled the entire hotel and cleanliness of the property was very poor and cannot rate even zero. The bathroom stinks and is not cleaned at all.

We didn't like anything about the property and the staff was very poor, facilities and the cleanliness of the property was not up to the standards and it is a shame to be listed under booking.com.

They don't know to treat there customs. I was un comfortable and I am not happy about the staff. When I was sleeping suddenly electricity ran out hmm. And I inform the staff there was like no responsibility. Ok

Best accommodation we've had in Sri Lanka in one month. Really helpful staff, location was perfect for us, rooms are clean and bed are super comfortable. Fridges come in handy to have an occasional chilled drink.

It's a nice place.Rooms are clean and comfortable. They are having a pool which is around 100m away from the hotel but worth walking that distance. Very close to the beach.They have a private beach space as well. Arron was helpful upon our arrival.
