We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

They have a kitchen so you can make coffee or te, cook or reheat food. This isn't a major tourist area so many local restaurants serve only water and coke. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was good. I got some laundry done.

United StatesIt didn’t have blanket, towels or tp. We had our own and I think you just have to ask for them but it was weird they weren’t there in the room or offered. They gave us tp when we asked tho so I think you need to ask.
This was the cleanest room we stayed in so far and it was very comfy.

The place was exactly as described and found it very clean and had all the essentials needed for stay. Beds are very comfortable, there is a table with a chair and a power socket close to it so you can charge or work with your laptop, hot water shower works great and water pressure is adjustable, had a night lamp, AC, fan and a dressing table. And its very closer to the Point Pedro bus stand which will get you any where from Jaffna town to Colombo. The person in charge was very helpful in arranging a three-wheel, food and help you with anything you need. It is a great value for money. Quick Tip : If you are a local resident, reach out to the property first, you could negotiate the price.
