W15 Glenfall is a beautiful newly developed property situated on a hill, offering great views of the town. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was exceptional. A special thanks to Dhiliban for being so attentive and helpful with all our needs.

We would have appreciated having a hair dryer in the room.

We stayed for two nights at Glenfall, and it was a lovely experience. The rooms were quite spacious, and the management kindly upgraded us to deluxe rooms, although we had initially booked standard ones. The breakfast was a nice English breakfast, and they were considerate enough to provide us with packed breakfasts on our first morning as we had an early departure to Horton Plains. The staff were very accommodating. The living room area also provided a nice atmosphere for evening tea and casual conversations. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The view from the balcony as far as the lake in the other direction was so nice to have. The interior felt like a very large house where you could sit and look out at the view through the entrance whilst sipping your tea. The local breakfast was extremely tasty and very filling. The staff were so friendly and accommodating especially Aadil, Jim, Giinadeebam, Manson and Sandun. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing and treating us to such a nice dinner.

There was intermittent hot water. Very low pressure water in the shower with it being cut off at times. We struggled as it was cold during our stay. There was also a very loud noise at night which we think was due to geyser or a pump fitted onto the roof.

The staff were very attentive and welcoming. They served a good breakfast.

The room was excellent. We had a deluxe room with a very comfortable bed, a space heater and enough room for a reading chair. The place was incredibly cozy during a few days of bad weather. There was even parking for our tuk tuk. The staff were incredibly attentive.

No heating, no AC, and staff left doors open all the time… so whatever weather is outside, that’s what you get inside too. Showering not possible since no water pressure and no heating. Very glad to leave !

The property is a new establishment situated in a picturesque location near Nuwara Eliya town. The common areas of the hotel exude a warm and inviting ambiance. The staff are friendly and attentive to guests' needs. The rooms and attached bathrooms are spacious and comfortable, offering stunning views of the distant mountains. The meals were well-prepared and delicious.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at W15 Glenfall, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms are incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of options that were perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The location is another major advantage: it is situated just a short distance from Nuwara Eliya city center, making it convenient for exploring the town and its attractions. Overall, W15 Glenfall is a fantastic place to stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya. I can’t wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at W15 Glenfall Nuwara Eliya. The staff were friendly and made check in easy. My room was clean & comfortable. It’s also in a great location, close to everything I wanted to see. The customer service was excellent, and I felt very well taken care of. Beautiful property located in the heart of Nuwara Eliya. Rooms are beautifully done and very spacious. I’d recommend the deluxe rooms as the views are better. Great breakfast and 10/10 for the service. Good value for money.

This property didn’t have BASIC amenities-no front desk, no phone, no iron, no swimming pool, no television. The breakfast was awful. We tried to cancel our reservation due to the lack of basic facilities but was told we could not

Nice new property, tastefully done. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating to our requests. The breakfast was really good! Good location close to town and most activities within the area. All in all a nice cozy getaway, will stay again.
