Guests need to be careful with the access, as the road leading to the accommodation was quite narrow.

Super nice lakeside location with fantastic views. Lovely swimming pool and nice restaurant. Sigiriya within walking distance (20 minutes) or easily accessible by tuktuk. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful location, the hotel room was spacious, comfy and had lovely views out on the lake. The pool was great and we enjoyed a good mix of exploring Lion Rock and Pidurangala Rock and relaxing by the pool. The food at the hotel dinner was exceptional, incredibly tasty and well presented.

Quite a distance from town and no shuttled provided, food off the menu not that tasty and was reasonably expensive.

Good pool, great views of the lake, the staff were friendly and helpful (they shouted us breakfast on the last day). Breakfast buffet was good. Moved us to another room when we asked.

You have to consider that it is very windy and hear nearly everything everything inside the room, the pigeons on the roof for example. It’s nothing bad but you have to consider to use earplugs at night.

Basically It is a great hotel, with great staff. The view in the evening is amazing, and you can relax there as well. The Restaurant and the breakfast is quite good.

The first room we got had a lot of flies and mosquitos in the bathroom so we asked to be moved. As there was no more family rooms available, we were offered 2 double rooms for first 2 nights. It was ok for us and to be honest double rooms are much better. They have balcony or terrace and pool view. More wardrobe and better lightning than family room. So when we didn't like was a very bad lightening and family room and the fact that the roof is so thin that we could hear pigeons running all night which was very uncomfortable and waking us up early in the morning.

The staff was very kind and helpful. So big thank you for this. The pool is nice and clean and our kids enjoyed it very much. Family room was huge and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Wifi was great! We could even stream movies from Netflix. The location has it pros and cons. It is very peaceful by the lake, but you can't walk to restaurants after darkness.

Nothing. If we had any complaints at all the hotel was off the beaten track but for our very short (1 night stay) we had the hotel buffet which was very good.

Breakfast was lovely. Staff were great. The evening buffet was good and as an extra bonus they had live music. The singers were fantastic. Really fun and engaged their audience. We really enjoyed our very short stay at this hotel.

Due to the rain, there was no hot water. There were a few bugs in the room, but I get that it’s by a lake and is remote. It rained all night long and was really loud on the roof… it legit sounded like a hurricane was coming through, but outside, it didn’t look that bad… just poor roof design.

The rooms were nice and spacious, the air conditioning worked well, the grounds were pretty, the room was clean and very spacious for our family. Our adapter didn’t work, so the front desk supplied us with one.

There were lots of bugs due to the location near the lake,, also can have difficult access as there is a rocky muddy road to drive across.

The food was great with and the room was had a lot of space and well- presented.It was clean and is close to places to visit.

Buildings are outdated and the room had ants walking in at each window. The road to the hotels in poor quality and construction works blocked the access to the hotelmaking accessibility more difficult. The hotel messaged through the chat on this platform, however as we had no internet after our flight arrival we missed this message. The hotels pool is in bad shape, with the lights and wires hanging from the side walls to the edges of the pool just above the water surface.

Location has great views over the lake and is close to Sigiriya. The hotel offers a different 4 course menu every night for a reasonable price.

The pool facilities could use a bit of maintenance work. Our AC and our shower were leaking but the staff took care of it right away.

Amazingly helpful hotel manager and staff. Super nice and flexible service. The welcoming ceremony was really cute and thoughtful. The hotel picked us up immediately after we called them as we got stuck on the way :-) View from room 12 was beautiful, literally in the middle of nature.

Beautiful property but need bit of TLC. Our Bath room dated and toilet seat discoloured. Some rooms had bad smell coming from the toilet. They need to replace their pool towels . Looks like pool towels old 10yrs. Buffet dinner and breakfast basic . Expensive mini bar . 300ml soft drink around 600SLR ( 3 AUD).
