The view is epic, clean rooms with hammocks overlooking the view point. Yoga twice a day, lots of information about local sights and the team were happy to organising transfers / TikTok’s etc. The staff are so accommodating and kind. They went above and beyond to make the trip amazing and were so lovely with our little children. There’s a kids play corner and sandpit which was brilliant, as well as a lovely pool with insane views. The food has been some of the best on the trip, delicious hoppas, construct your own poke bowl and endless western and Sri Lankan breakfast options at the buffet. Would definitely return and highly recommend

The views were absolutely incredible at this property. Breathtaking is un understatement. The staff were super helpful too! Good food as well! They made a birthday girl feel very special and looked after us incredible well. Rooms were nice too - would highly recommend getting a Mountain View.

The views from this hotel are amazing! We were traveling with our one year old son and while he was playing at the play area, we could watch him AND the stunning mountain views while enjoying a drink. The staff is really kind and attentive, and the food is great.

An absolutely gorgeous location. Wonderful views across the valley, but still walkable into town. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The buffet breakfast was one of the best of our whole holiday! The rooms aren’t huge but super clean. Definitely excellent value for money.

I highly, highly, recommend this hotel, especially if you're traveling with children. The hotel offers a wonderful view from both rooms, the restaurant, and the pool. There's a play area for kids, and the staff is fantastic. Everyone is super friendly, with a sense of humor, helpful, and not overwhelming. Additionally hotel is an absolute escape from the loud and crowded center of Ella. We had an amazing time there and I can definitely recommend it.

I do wish there was a back up plan to have hot water especially after a long day but it is understandable that on the days with no sun, the shower eater will be cold.

The view is outstanding. Having a hammock outside each room to enjoy the view was very relaxing. The rooms are very well though our ex. Drying racks /rodsthat are very long to allow clothes and towels to hang dry especially since it is humid; the universal outlets, the fans and mosquito nets. The staff are small in numbers but this gives you the opportunity to get to know them and they get to know your preferences. They provided the best service and always a smile on their face. The food was also amazing....don't forget to ask for the "mixture" (chana snack). The are waterfalls, the town, Ravana Zipline, 9 arches are also close by. There is so much to do in Ella and this hotel is close to it all. It is important to note that this place is not accessible due to the inclination of the hotel on the mountain, there are a lot of stairs and uneven depths so you have to be very careful, especially on rainy days. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. We plan on making it back here again.

This place is the spot to book!! The hammocks with the view are insane. The staff makes this entire place - they are kind, tireless and aiming to please the guests. The chef is amazing and their sandwiches perfect after a hike. You can do an easy walk on the railway to the waterfalls from the hotel. There are stairs entering that are steep just FYI but the entire hotel is perfect with yoga in the mornings as well. Just book it, you won’t regret it!

The pool was in a perfect location, but was about 12 -15 metres long and I prefer pools at least 25m long to allow some laps.

The view is to die for. Our room had views in 2 directions , and “Zion view” is an apt description : a mountain ( and waterfall) in paradise.

Fantastic view, very clean and nice room with a comfortable bed, and the pool is a dream come true with its mesmerizing view of the surrounding area. The staff is lovely and super helpful. We especially enjoyed the massages in the hotel spa. Our stay was a great pleasure.

The only downside was the rooms felt a little exposed, so if you are looking for a luxury private place, this might not tick every box.

We loved everything. The views were breathtaking. The staff were exceptional. The food was delicious (try the devilled chicken with paranta). We would go back in a heartbeat.
