The view is incredible, sometimes you are literally above/in the clouds. There are enough nice places to chill and enjoy the view.The staff is very helpfull. We also enjoyed the yoga sessions which the accomodation has on offer. Breakfast was great as well. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views cosy rooms with great feel. hammock and hanging chair super cool. Staff were so accommodating and helpful. Short walk down the hill directly into town. Breakfast basic but super sufficient. Pool with view great too - ate delicious curries poolside. Massages at the hotel to die for. Close to all attractions

the view from rooms and pool is breathtaking!! you can observe ella rock all day!! the rooms are cozy, clean, bathroom is spacious and very comfy. but the most importantly.. the customer service!! staff is really the best we met in our whole Sri Lanka trip!! so carrying, so friendly, so nice and helpful. they even did a surprise for my birthday!! full celebration during breakfast with hats, balloons and even cake!! it was so nice!! loved it!!

The rooms and bathrooms could have more lighting and a lack of a mirror in bedrooms could be fixed. Also the A-la carte menu for dinner could be improved with more pictures and page numbers.

The hotel is located on top of one of the several hilly ranges that Ella has to offer. Therefore the views from every room is one of the best in the area. The staff are also very helpful and kind especially during the morning breakfast as they always want to tend to whatever your needs are. The breakfast is also a major positive at this hotel as they have a wide variety of local fruits and a amazing local cuisine. The hotel is also taking a great green initiative by using metal straws, glass bottles and even running an waste water treatment plant thereby conserving water. The owner was also very helpful as he dropped us off at the station when we left.

The hotel's location is very convenient, just a walking distance of any restaurants/pubs. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, they helped us plan our stay and book some experiences.

It’s a bit further away from the main dining and drinking area in Ella, but the view is totally worth it. Ideally we would have liked a staff member present at the pool bar - but perhaps we were there a bit too early.

The property offers a wonderful view including a waterfall in the distance. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hammock is a nice touch. The breakfast is also good. While the pool is not very big it’s perfect for a refreshing dip after a hike or sun lounging .

The pool was freezing and a slightly odd colour which was a little off putting.

Great staff, wonderful views. My young children particularly enjoyed playing in the sandpit and the children’s corner.

The view is just amazing. Waking up and having breakfast with that view is truely stunning. Beautiful pool, clean rooms and delicious breakfast. We had a great time there.

The rooms are good but you can hear people on the ‘joints’ balconies, which wasn’t problem for me specifically, but maybe for someone is important

There are a lot of stairs which were outdoors and felt a bit dangerous. The price was high for the size of the pool and rooms.

The view from the hammock on the balcony is one I’ll never forget and was sad to say goodbye to ! The staff very great and the breakfast was really nice - I particularly liked the egg hoppers and tea station. However, the room itself was slightly tired and the bed linen was a bit grubby which let things down. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The room was small and basic for the price. Bedding very poor, discoloured sheets and old foist smelling blanket. No wardrobe or drawers, just a few clothes hangers and hooks on the wall. Only 1 500ml bottle of water per day between 2 people. Old green towels for the shower and 1 horrendous tiny blue hand towel. air conditioning very temperamental, WiFi in the room very patchy, better at the reception. Room cleaning wasn't always done, even when requested, which meant wet gross towels and no toilet paper. There was a lot of rain in Ella and the room always felt damp. Maybe we were unlucky but we felt our room was not as expected for the price. A shame as there were other nice features about the hotel.

Fantastic views from the balcony and breakfast terrace, good breakfast with lots of options, very friendly helpful staff, courtesy shuttle from the train station, good pool.
