No lockers for bags available. There are small lockers for documents at the desk only. Not all beds in the room have sockets. The windows are not equipped with curtains or blinds. At night too much light from the street coming into the rooms.

That you had to make the bed yourself, with the folded bed linen that the staff provided. When arriving after a long journey it is annoying that you have to first prepare the bed yourself before you can rest.

Reasonably priced accommodation at a good location, close to the train station and city centre.

There was a strange smell in the room , somewhat like sewage. On the balcony outside the door is a massive gap in the guard rail which is very dangerous, someone could break their leg or even a child could fall through, they should investigate this before someone is hurt. The bed sheets didn't actually cover the bed We also had a problem where the shower leaked from the bathroom into the bedroom, we had to create a wall of towels to stop the water flooding our room

It's an ok place, cheapest option we could find. Private room with a fridge and microwave with private bathroom was normal.

Close to each other (city centre, train station and bus station) and easy to find the place (close to bus stop) no need to worry about late check-in.

The private bathroom was dripping wet when we arrived. Like It had a leak or had not been cleaned before we arrived. Could do with better pillows.

Nice easy check-in, 5 minute walk into the old town. If you don't mind somewhere just to get your head down, this place is fine, don't expect any luxury.

Check in may require some Russian language skills of which mine is limited. The property was clean but a little dusty. The property is definitely a work in progress. You would understand why it is cheap when you stay there. There are better properties at a slightly higher price point in the area.

The washroom door was broken. Looked like someone punched a hole through it. There was 1 or 2 visible power outlet, which can be used.

The location is good. It's really close to the central station and old town. There is a McDonalds nearby too. Stuffs are really friendly and helpfull!

Drains in bathroom had a bit of a bad smell. But you get what you pay for, for this super cheap price we were happy with everything.

we had one whole room to ourselves (4 people) and it was perfect for our one night stay. There is also a fridge included in the room which is useful for people on a budget who don't want to eat out all the time.
