Very good High level comfort with excellent rooms and I especially like the Lavazza Coffee Espresso machine in the room

Everything was good. Smart TV would be a good advantage but is not critical at all as there are a lot channels available, so it’s possible to find something in different languages.

Clean, modern rooms, very pleasant staff, delicious breakfast, pet-friendly place. Tea/coffee in the room and also always available in the restaurant downstairs for free. Tap water in the room is safe to drink.

Everything was good. The reception staff were especially wonderful. First, l was able to check in early and check out late. The breakfast was good with variety of options and the bed was also comfortable.

If to be picky, I would suggest to reconsider the pillows. They were not comfortable.

I highly recommended. Great option for travelleres who search for a hotel close to the Vilnius airport. Clean, pleasant staff, nicely styled rooms. Good restaurant at the hotel.

It would be grate to have an option to bring an iron to the room. Might be not convenient to go downstairs for ironing when other guests do the same in a small room.

The staff was very friendly, helped with my early check in and late check out without any extras. I was really impressed how easily managed it was. Would be happy to stay more and become a loyal guest .

It was a very late night check in , my flight was delayed but there was still a very pleasant young man at the reception who assisted me. My room’s bathroom got broken and at 12:30 am That young men tried to fixed it ( he couldn’t ) and I was moved to the business class room on the high floor . I wish I could have stayed a little longer other then just one night .

Very modern hotel, recently renovated. The room was very spacious, exceptionally clean. You can use the bar and the restaurant, we liked the breakfast and a drink in one of hotel's areas. There is even a gym. The hotel is close to the airport. There is bus 3G to the city centre. The staff welcoming.

We arrived late after a long day of traveling. We asked for a cold wine and glass of beer. Got plastic bottle of warm wine, had to wait for beer. Our hands were full with luggage and drinks but there was no one to help us. They didn’t even offer to help with bags, we struggled on our own. Room was very strange and awkward, had a bad smell. We opened the window to get fresh air in to find out we are facing a very busy street. The AC was off - room not prepped for guests arrival. Cabinet all beat up and uncomfortable to put a luggage. Bathroom design makes no sense - a big empty space but not enough surface to put any personal items. Shower didn’t drain well. Hotel had brand new towels - meaning they were not washed once. After showering all lint stuck on the wet body. We had to take another shower and use hand towels. I didn’t get a minute of sleep just because the traffic outside was loud even with the closed window. Thank you!

Breakfast was nice but a little chaotic with people posing the same small entrance to get into lunch bar area and getting out with full plates to the seating area. Parking is convenient but spots are too close. Very difficult to maneuver car around. Staff was kind.
