Wanted to have French fries instead of potatoes at lunch. Had to pay extra for that.

Great location, great staff, Taxi came within 3 minutes to the airport at 4:45 am! Perfect.

If came by plane, the hotel would be too far from the city centre to go sightseeing.

Good loaction to stay when coming by car. Pets are welcome. Bathroom super clean.

Perfect room - both bath and shower, slippers, hair dryer, good lighting in the bathroom, extra comfortable beds, every corner was excellent clear, very stylish room, big and light (we could even dance), also anything is decorated for the Christmas, so we got more of “x-mas vibes” there then in our country (Riga) 😊 The breakfast was delicious but the choice wasn’t the biggest, would rate as 8/10, but definitely come back for Lavazza coffee, pancakes, Greek salad and sausages. Also the staff - super sweet and nice. The visitors too. Not even a smallest sound got thru the walls. If you are in a Vilnius and just want to stay at super comfy, not extra expensive and 4 star hotel (we even thought that it’s 5 stars😄) then this option is the best!! Thanks a lot for the stuff❤️

The water pressure in the shower was too low. One side of the bed was a bit too soft, but maybe we are too needy.

The room was very clean and pretty, and the ceiling very tall. One side of the bed was very soft and comfy, another side was waaay too soft. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Pancakes with cottage cheese are very very tasty. The reception and restaurant were very pretty. All the styles were very nice, the big pink tree was amazing surprise.

One of the walls is a bit damaged and room is shaped weird. Bed is a bit small.

Clean rooms, soap and other things are of a good quality, stuff is friendly, cute robe, closet is spacious, tea and coffee look good, TV, soft and comfy bed.

The hotel is near the airport, nice environment, friendly staff, who called me a taxi. Hotel breakfast was good enough,quite a large selection of breakfast disches.

Strong smell of air freshener in the lobby. The lady at the front desk sent us to a room where someone was already checked in. She could not explain it. In a hotel such situations should not happen.

New hotel, spacious, indriustial style. Close to the airport. Delicious breakfasts.

Breakfast now is in a separate room that is somewhat small, only 2 pillows provided, the blanket for 2 people was somewhat small also. But overall impression is very good and is really around 9/10

Food menus in the room as the tv screen kept scrambling so couldn’t see the full picture. Plus it kept switch screens/menus and didn’t have enough time to read menu. Drinks menu would have been good to see too.

Hot food at Breakfast could have been a little hotter in temperature.

Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. However small thing that would make it perfect, milk for coffee was not there, toilet paper holder was broken and holes in the wall were filled but not painted over. I do not expect to see this types of problem in 4 * hotel.
