The shower design doesn't work so water spilled all over the bathroom. The health club/spa area needs some updating.

The light system in the room is not very intuitive and I think something might have gone wrong as I could not turn off the little lights next to the bed, and then in the morning, the central light would not come on. I'm sure it can be easily fixed.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Vilnius. The bathroom design was probably my favourite thing. The night shift staff were very kind and gave me spot on recommendations.

The beds and the bedding were very comfortable. The staff was really helpful, special mention should go to Adas, he’s been really nice and helpful. The location and the roof terrace are amazing, there are lots of cafes and restaurants near by. The pool and the health centre are really good. We’d love to come back.

Some staff lacked customer service skills. Breakfast was quite expensive but there are plenty of cafes near to eat if it isn't for you.

The location is great. All the sights are within walking distance and there are lots of places to eat nearby too. This is 100% what you are paying for. It has a very nice rooftop bar to catch the sunset over the town square. The concierge was very helpful. Rooms very nice. Comfy beds. The spa although small is a nice addition after a long day walking around.

The room was gorgeous and the staff was so nice and helpful! We had a pretty room with old town view - everything was perfect. My favorite things were the wonderful, high-quality bed sheets and the lighting. The only thing I could possibly criticize in the room was the size of the bathroom - I could imagine it being a little problematic for someone a little bigger. But it was clean, beautiful and well-lit. Breakfast was also pretty good! I loved the multiple options of milk (full fat, skimmed, almond...) :) We'll definitely return!

I did not ask but I would have appreciated anti-allergic bedding as standard. The room triggered a massive allergic episode. Breakfast buffet was OK but could be much better. Barista coffee or on-demand cooked items were not offered to us.

Room was very cosy, well designed. Check in / check out experience was smooth. Location is great to walk the city.

If you're hoping to get a swim in during your stay, be warned that the pool is very small (not much bigger than a hot tub)!!!

Beds really comfy, more firm than soft. Great service from members of staff. Buffet breakfast with loads of fresh fruits, excellent breakfast. Very good and central location, next to the town hall in Vilnius old town. Very clean. Spa was a lovely included extra.

not all staff were friendly. the first morning i was woken at 7 as room cleaning seemed to be happening. so quite noisy. also the guest in the room next to me on the second night had the television on all night, i did get member of stuff up and whilst it was turned down i could still hear it so not a good night sleep. when i checked out next day i was never asked if i enjoyed by stay which i find vv unusual.

location excellent lovely clean hotel v efficient, i would stay there again.
