A bit sad that I didn't get a room with balcony, as expected.

Room 12 is over the entranceway to the hotel so the tiled floor was cold. Probably very welcome in summer but in winter could do with rugs or underfloor heating.

Good staff, very clean. Room small but perfectly functional. Bus 6 runs from the airport and stops immediately outside. 30 mins and free. Hotel is 1.5 km from the centre of town. Easily and safely walkable if later at night.

They were renovating the downstairs outside area and were hammering at 10pm at night. Twice we had to go down and ask them to stop. Just cannot understand how this was allowed. People also seemed to be socialising with the guy renovating which was also annoying.

The location is perfect and the rooms are modern and well appointed. We have stayed there often and will again.

When we come again, we will ask for a room away from the street. My spouse woke up because of car noise. I slept very well and wasn't bothered.

The staff was not at the reception but in the restaurant next to it, but it was not a problem.

Localisation was very convenient, even though it is outside the strict centre. The bathroom had everything needed, including a hairdryer. There was even a balcony. I recommend the place!

As I always said all rooms with prises above €100 per night should have breakfast included .. unfortunately there was no breakfast and this is only one thing I can complain about, tea/coffee plus croissant don’t cost a lot but it makes a difference..

Bed mattress needed replacing, sags some in middle. Unlike hotels in the US we are used to, this one did not have person 24x7 at checkin. Maybe this is European thing, this is first time visiting Europe. However we always were able to reach someone by phone. Hotel managers work in restaurant that adjoins the same entrance used to access hotel. If you need help, go to restaurant for assistance.

Very clean, clean towels and made up bed every day. Outside shades could be closed to block out virtually all light and reduce traffic sounds. Could open windows if desired. Relatively quiet area. Very friendly and accommodating hosts when we told them arriving late for check-in. Liked the pillows. Good internet. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Despite the room size for 3 people, combined bathroom with toilet were the tiniest I've ever been. My boy was hitting his head against the sink as there was hardly any space to walk around it. Definitely not practical for families. No elevator. We walked to the 4th floor with little kids and their grandfather. Had to leave the buggy at reception. Restaurant opens only 18:30 for dinner (late for our kids). Everything would be fine if not the language barrier. Menu only in French, no staff speaking/understanding English enough to order kids pizza and salad.. No further comments.

Cleanness is absolutely exceptional, just like everybody here admits. Location is convenient (I knew public transport stop is close and it's free, but we still wanted a cab from the train station because it was raining and little kids were exhausted from all connections of a long trip, so it costed almost 30euro!). Staff is smiling, cleaning lady is super sweet making her job around the pillow play house my kids built in the room.

The bed is a pull down bed (like you get in studio) perfectly comfortable and made up for our arrival. But the sofa arms do get in the way a bit. Also you cannot check into hotel between 15.00 and 17.30 as nobody is on site. they do warn you but be aware.

Spacious room with very nice en suite shower room. Good location for our needs. Nice white bedding. Friendly Italian restaurant downstairs.

The reception of the hotel is not very clearly placed or defined, people who run the restaurant there, also take care of the hotel reception. also a little issue , there was no sleepers in the room, that's kind of basic
