The sink in the room was broken. U had to push very hard to close the door of the room.

The rooms on the 5th floor do not have a controllable thermostat, therefore it was very warm in our room. Also, the bed was squeaky.

There is no kettle in the room and had to buy hot water from bar all the time which is kind of a drawback if one is staying in a hotel .

It was a perfect stopover location, with public transit to the city in walking distance. We enjoyed the pool and sauna, and recharged our batteries before getting on with our cross country trip. Even though the kitchen was partially closed for renovation, the meals they offered were spectacular. We will keep this hotel in our preferred location list

This hotel is a very good value for money option. 24-hour reception, 15 min by taxi from the airport. I liked spacious room, big and free outside parking, friendly reception.

At night doors in corridors or rooms are so noisy when people close them, that can wake you up. This is not ok at a hotel.

* In the sauna and swimming pool, there was no drinking water. At the hotel with 4* water dispenser could have been placed as well as the kettles to boil water and tea. After the sauna, people get thirsty, and tea would have been very appropriate.

The coffee and the tea are overpriced for the quality. For 5 euro you got a small cup of coffee from the coffee machine and when the hotel employee was making us a cappuccino, she had a problem with the milk, the coffee had already spilled, she tried again in the same cup to make new milk, but then on the third time she definitely felt our tense reaction, she made new coffee in a new cup. The americano made earlier had already been cooling for five minutes🥲

It is really nice place to stay! We had an excellent time in spa and near the pool. Moreover after the checkout hotel provided us with a free access to spa for the whole day(including new towels), so at the end we had two days of access to spa and pool. The room was great too, so we are very happy with our choice and will visit this hotel again.

The room assigned in Check-in was not cleaned and ready. However the reception quickly replaced it with a new one and a bar voucher. The internet should be strengthened.

A very big hotel with different facilities like indoor swim pool. The breakfast is full and staffs are very helpful and nice. The ambiance of the hotel was very pleasant. The parking lots are a great help for travelers with car.
