The bathroom is a bit outdated, but worked well. The beds were quite hard.

Cute rooms, and quite big! The breakfast was really good. We also made reservations for the swimming pool at arrival, including the wellness area, which we could use privately.

Just a little bit out of the main area of Wiltz where all the attractions are. There was coffee making facilities but no coffee available

The hotel room is a bit old, not everything holds together. But the beds and shower were very nice.

The hotel is in a really nice place. A lot of walking tours in the region. The staff of the hotel were really nice and accomodating. The pool and sauna were great. The restaurant has a nice interior and the food was good. I would definitely recommend going here.

Reception professional is the best. Went out of her way to organize and is calm gentle, made me feel welcome. Very good facilities like pool n sauna were excellent and restaurant top of bill. Looking forward to return!

After making sure they had lift for disabled friend and myself, and accepted dogs found had to sit in seperate area for breakfast because of dog. Also breakfast served in upstairs room (18) steps. My friend can't climb stairs/steps and it causes lots of additional severe pain for me....but to get breakfast had to struggle up stairs 4 times to bring breakfast down for both of us. Information on hotel said they had restaurant but it was not open so had to struggle out in rain to only 1 restaurant in town...where no one spoke English

Breakfast has very little variety. The room facilities are old and not clean enough, there are spider webs and dust on the walls and lamps. The bed sheets are not clean also …

The NOISE! Totally not according to hotel rules, there was a party going on outside and under our room. When we asked how long it would last, we were told that it would be at least till after midnight. We complained, and about 23:00 hours when we were almost sleeping, there was a knock on the door, someone offering us a different room.. in another building! We declined the offer, and - with some difficulty - got some of our money back the next day.

Our room was located on the second floor so we had to walk up and down 36 steps carrying luggage as the lift was broken. My husband is 75 and waiting for a knee operation. The sheets on my bed had stains, the shower showed black We made a reservation at the restaurant for 20:00, were there on time but when we arrived we were told that it was way too late. In spite of the comment we did get served .

Breakfast was fine as was the staff. Restaurant food was good and one staff member very helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel is very accessible, the ladies in the reception are very helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious, rooms are very clean and cozy there is a lot of trees around the hotel that makes the terrace extra nice. I like that they have schedules for the pool so I can also have a quiet time with my family.

Easy access to the room and somewhere to store the bikes. Nice pool to relax in the evening for thirty minutes. Dinner was fabulous! The salads are the best we have tasted. Breakfast had everything you needed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s a shame the buffet breakfast didn’t start until 8.00, 7.15/7.30 would be a better time. But it was very nice!

Lovely old building, Nice staff who were very helpful. Good parking. Good restaurant in brick vaulted room. Intimate atmosphere. Good outdoor area for summer dining.
