New ZealandThe twin room we got initially was very disappointing- small, cramped, old and dowdy, a big rip in one of the net curtains, bedspreads were all crumpled, very unflattering brown toned decor. It was ugly. Reception had a double room available which was nicer as it was bigger and not so ugly, so we changed over. A classic look is fine if it is tasteful and appealing to the eye, these rooms badly need freshening/brightening up to make the accommodation experience pleasant for the guest. The Continental breakfast was disappointingly boring. Only plus was they had kiwifruit, and good coffee. (the bananas they put out were old and going brown). I didn't feel it was good value for money- you are paying for the location.
The staff were very nice, especially Chakir who checked us in. He was very personable, courteous and helpful. When I told him I wasn't happy with the room we had been allocated, he let me look at another room to see if I'd like to swap, which I did decide to do. The hotel is right on the roadside opposite the river so it was lovely sitting outside in the warm evening enjoying a drink.

LuxembourgLocation is very good, close to the station and easy to find. We had our dog with us and he was welcomed, and required no fee which was amazing! The breakfast was not a big one, but in my opinion enough until breakfast. The hotel has also it's own restaurant in case there is nothing interesting around.

The hotel is good located with a big parking near by, the hotel hasn't been renovated in a very very long time but it's just to sleep in one night so it was ok for me. The staff was friendly and polite and the breakfast was good and various. If i had to book it again i would do it, especially because it is very well located.

FranceThere was a slight problem with the pressure of the flush in the toilet which was most of the time insufficient for the draining of the bowl. The breakfast is continental (no hot dishes), with cold ham, salami, cheese, however a little bit short, no croissants or pastries only bread rolls. Excellent coffee.
Very nice location, room with balcony (shared balcony) overlooking the avenue and promenade along the Mosel. Very kind staff. Free parking with disc along the avenue, and a pay parking lot just across the avenue in front of the hotel.
