There were pigeons outside that would walk around on the window ledges. It seems like they slept in the neighbouring buildings window ledges that were being refurbished. The breakfast could have been better. Fruit was a bit dry - think it was cut up the night before and little hot options.

The breakfast options was very limited. Most days there was not much for me to chose from and not much of it

The staff were really good, especially the woman receptionist, the French male receptionist with glasses who was working nightshifts and the maid from Spain. They were extremely helpful and polite.

Some of the front desk staff are not very nice. (most are nice) But this one guy seemed to have a scowl and curt voice.

Construction work began at 7:30am to our disappointment which meant our lie in was disturbed. Furthermore we could only find 1 English TV channel .

The room was clean and practical being only a 15 minute walk from the main town. The bed was comfy with a nice balcony.

Although the hotel is nice, it feels a bit overpriced. I appreciate the building work nearby is not the fault of the hotel but it was quite loud. The drilling did not stop until 8pm on the evening I arrived and began at exactly 7am the following morning. My room was next to the hotel lift which was also noisy. Those rooms should be a reduced price. The location is good for transport connections but I would avoid some of the streets around the property late at night / alone. It would be helpful if the hotel provided some USB wall plugs or adaptors.

Lovely reception staff, Elena was very welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pictures are a good reflection! The location is very convenient next to the train station and lots of tram lines outside.

I am quite not empress with the breakfast.. very little array of food.. but it's okay ang for 12€ not bad. Staff are very nice and accomodating.. lady in housekeeping is sooo cool and freindly. She lend me charger for my phone as I missed mine.. receptionn staff were very helpful.

The bathroom is pretty weird. There was a full length glass wall dividing the shower/toilet area from the main sleeping area. If you’re traveling with friends, family, or non intimate companion it could get pretty awkward at bath time. I’m not sure if all rooms are like that but ours was.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Super close to the train station and the tram to city center as well as the bus to the airport. An ideal place to stay before catching a flight the next morning

It was beyond my preferred budget but was the cheapest place I could find in Luxembourg.

Accommodating staff and clean room. I arrived a couple hours before check-in but the room was ready so I got to go in early. The hotel is very conveniently located right across the street from the train station and it is only a 10 minute scenic walk to the city center and old town. Good Wifi in the room and nice shower.

Nothing not to like.

Directions good, staff very helpful especially regarding advice with parking. Clean and comfortable. Were able to access the Wi-Fi, convenient area within walking distances of old town, bars and restaurants, perfect for our needs. Breakfast not included but excellent bar next door with a help yourself with excellent choice.

Shower cabin and washbasin directly in the room, only the WC was in a very very small separate room. Very small desk in the room, just sufficient for a small laptop. Breakfast served in the nearby brasserie, but with a limited choice compared to the price.

Perfect location just in front of Luxembourg central station, good also for tram connection with Old City and Kirchberg area. Basic but good hotel, recently refurbished.
