Bad sound isolation, I could hear thumping sounds and when other people took shower. This kept me awake.

The air conditioner didn't work. I asked the front desk for assistance, and I was told to open the window. The shower head didn't work.

Very noisy outside a lot of homeless hanging around street outside could hear them arguing all night with windows closed.

Great location right in front of the train station and just a 10 minute walk to the center. Rooms very comfortable.

All other hotels we stayed in throughout Europe and the UK offered breakfast. This hotel did not.

Location was excellent. Very close to train station and nice walk to city centre. Rooms were smaller but had everything you need and very clean. Bathroom was not small. Staff was helpful with recommendations for meals. Also, room was very quiet given the location.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Penthouse is great if you are going to have company or stay for more than a couple of days/like to make your own meals. View was great.

We stayed at this hotel for four days. The windows faced an office building, offering no privacy, so we had to keep them closed at all times. Additionally, the corridor always had a very unpleasant smell.

Terrible location but perhaps to be expected being so close to the train station. Lots of undesirables around, quite a threatening atmosphere. I even witnessed a forceful takedown and arrest of a man, presumably on a drugs offence. Prostitution evident in the area as well. Nowhere to store a bicycle despite off site parking being advertised. Reception staff not helpful about this. I locked my bike on a rack down the street. Very noisy street, street cleaning began at about 1:30 am, Directly under the flight path of heavy cargo planes out of Luxembourg airport. Very slow running mixer tap in bathroom - cold water was quite warm. Poor drainage)design of the shower meant water all over the bathroom floor, with no mop provided to push it all down the drain. Air conditioning ineffective

Stone's throw from the train station, needed an early train out. Despite drainage issues, the shower was good Very comfortable double bed.

It was dirty. They never cleaned the walls, the doors, or even the shower properly. Only the superficial. Towels were dirty, the bed was broken, and the taps of the sink and shower were also semi-broken. Water was coming out from everywhere. It is a long time since I stay in such a dirty and not well-maintained hotel. A pity as it has potencial if they clean it.

Wifi was not usable for 1 of the night stay. There is only 1 elevator, during check out have to wait for abit.

Location is awesome! Right beside the train station! And there is supermarket beside just 30sec walk.
