Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RomaniaThere are constructions in progress on the hotel . Fortunately, I was given a room in the back and no noise at all. Lucky me. The breakfast is very poor for 13.50 euros.
Very close to the train station. Full of shops and restaurants near the hotel (2 min walk you can find a big store with everything, Vietnamese and also other types of restaurants ). The tram station also very close

Very nice staff, helpful people. Good location and the hotel is good for the price. Some night clubs in the area, but no problems with.

AustraliaThe rooms are on the smaller side so if you have lots of luggage these rooms may be a tight squeeze. All the rooms have a light directly above the door which shines through when the room is dark. But this is easily fixed by putting a towel down to block the light.
Clean and modern rooms with lovely & helpful staff.

SingaporeNone.
The room may be small but we were able to put out 2 of our 24inches luggage. Location is great near the main train station and a tram that runs in front of the station. Transportation in Luxembourg is free which was great. There are bars around where the hotel is located and a supermarket next door. The hotel provides free coffee and tea from 10am-10pm.

GermanyWould prefer to be a small wardrobe in the room and also a small fridge. The price is a little bit high but taking in consideration the position, the conditions of the room and also the standard of living in Luxembourg its ok.
The room was excellent, more than i expected. Was big enough for two people and also quiet. The bed was so comfortable, the colours of the room were so sweet. The staff was so friendly and the position was excellent, we went on foot in the centre for 15 min. We let our backpacks in the hotel after checkout and took them in the afternoon. If i return again in Luxembourg, i will go again in this hotel😊

Polandall fine for our needs
The location of the hotel is a bit dodgy but it is also very convenient when it comes to transportation - very close to trains, airport bus, buses etc. The room was tiny but very cleverly designed, bathroom was a masterpiece of how smart design can turn really tiny room in a comfortable space where you find all you need. Big TV in the room. We didn't but breakfast there, but there is coffee and tea available for rest of the day.

EstoniaBreakfast little average. On the moment its renovation works outside so it's loudy and street doesn't look nice. Also always ghetto on the corner, didn't feel really safe to come back alone as a female.
Ibis is always a good choice! Simple and little rooms but always trendy, clean and you have everything you need! :) Location near trainstation, 5min walk only!

NetherlandsThe hotel is being renovated on the outside. Covered in canvas so its hard to miss on first visit. No clear signage but I'm sure that will be fixed in due course. There are more buildings being renovated or erected in that street, gives it a permanent state of construction going on. The corner has been a construction site for over a year now. The location doesn't provide any kind of 'view', never meant to do so anyway. My first room had a toilet that kept flushing but I was assigned another room within a minute. There are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room itself. Might be able to get some coffee downstairs at all times and take that up to the room but haven't checked.
5 minutes from the station. Room is of a decent size, the door almost scrapes the bed though. Bathroom is fine, but somewhat odd shaped so it requires a triangular wash basin and toilet positioned in the pointed corner. This might be an issue if you are of the plus size. Shower is great though. Everything is there: sufficient towels, soap, glasses, haird dryer. Bed is comfortable enough. Given the limited space excellent for a weekend stay. Rooms still get cleaned daily which is an exception these days. Stayed over the weekend, so no idea how noisy it can get with the renovations going on. Buffet breakfast I normaly don't use so this was a welcome change. Good coffee. Decent size TV has a wide range of channels from several countries.
