A sanitary room with shower and toilet merged is too small. Everything got wet when one showered. Kitchen is just too small for 4 persons chalet.

A group of neighbours were loud, playing music all the time, (even in the evening!) so we couldn't really enjoy the peace and silence of nature. We thought that wasn't great, especially since it seemed like one of the people in this group was actually an employee!! Kinda crazy. It would have been good if the owners of the park regulated this more. If you promise a quiet nice place you should make sure your visitors have this experience. And especially since the flyer they gave us at the start said it was forbidden to play music.

It is the perfect location for 1-2 nights, but no more, because there is literally nothing nearby. The Chalets have no microwave, no toaster, no electric kettle, only the stove. If you want to stay in chalet and don't want to spend a fortune on eating at restaurant , make sure you take Everything with you: even salt, pepper, cooking oil, cause there is nothing provided. Besides, there were no toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, etc). It apparently should be brought by your own

The road was blocked due to construction. So I had to do d-tour. For big family stay it would be better when dish washer were equipped.

The location next to a small river in midst of woods is fantastic. The cottages were comfy, clean and with a compact kitchenette with everything you need to cook if you bring the provisions. Breakfast is good and there is a bar and restaurant too.

No local shops or petrol stations, restaurant on sight but to get something else you will need to drive out at least 20mins, which is not that bad

A Great place to unwind right down in the valley, beautifull setup can visit with friends or family has something for everyone. Staff was super friendly and always there to help, before our visit I had a few questions which was dealt with promptly via email

Lovely remote location in a forested valley beside a small river away from the crowds. Great place to chill out and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Lovely walking trails going in many directions.

The bathroom in the chalet is barely larger than a standard kitchen refrigerator, with no real ventilation. Even a brief shower with cold water steamed up the little bathroom and fogged the mirror over. It was impossible to get undressed for a shower or to dress after a shower in so tiny a space. While the location is very pretty, it is near a roadway, so there was some loud traffic noise from time to time.

The location was excellent, on the Sauer (or Sûre) river, in the Ardennes, banked by tall, rocky cliffs. The hosts were accommodating. The chalet was clean. The general atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The chalets aren't too close together, and there are hedges between the chalets for privacy. Charcoal grills are available upon request -- they were even able to provide us with charcoal and fire-starters, as previous guests had left those items behind. (The host even lent me his cigarette lighter so I could light the charcoal.) The hotel restaurant provides good food and friendly service. Everything was very reasonably priced. A public nature trail goes right through the property, which is a pretty charming and convenient feature. There is also a castle very close by that one can visit. I would definitely stay there again.

The shower of the small chalets and the one that is in the second floor of the big chalet is extremely small. Many lights bulbs where broken and the bed clothes where not really good and we haven't had enough. If you are in the second floor you can hear everything that goes down stairs and even when you walk... it make a lot of noise.

We really liked the big space that the children have to play outside and the chalets where really cosy.
