Everything was lovely. great location. the interior furniture needs a bit of an upgrade, new upholstery. We were in room 13, there wasn’t much privacy from the outdoors. our window overlooked the courtyard. so we always had to keep the curtain closed.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, in the center of the picturesque town.

there was a club in front and music was playing until about 3am, not great when you have a little baby and are exhausted from travelling all day

The bedroom was ridiculously hot, especially at night. We had windows open and both fans going but were just constantly hot. I'm leaving feeling virtually exhausted because I've barely slept the last two nights. There was a large amount of black mould in the grouting of the tiles in the shower, and in the toilet where the water is dispensed. Big cobwebs above both sides of the bed and a food stain on the wall to the right when walking to the bathroom. This was all VERY disappointing.

Great location. Very cute hotel room. Lovely views of the surrounding streets. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Attention to detail slightly lacking. no headboards in bedroom, sink was cracked, tea and coffee provided but the milk cartons were not fresh and curdled the coffee. open shower over bath so everything can get wet including toilet. No AC on,y a fan in the room.

It would have been helpful if the hotel had sent in advance directions for reaching it legally by car. They were aware that gps systems led drivers through pedestrianised areas.

Expected the living room area in the suit to be a nicer & more comfortable. Wish there was a TV in the bedroom.

Hotel front desk staff was great! They helped us up & down the steps with the stroller. The room was clean & crib had all the bedding made up nicely. They had great toiletries.

There was no air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room that we could use. The room was fairly noisy with the windows open as the bars are quite noisy on weekends and the road sweeper comes round early mornings. If the windows are closed it is perfectly quiet, but of course in May it was a pleasure to have the windows open.

We had a beautiful corner suite with large windows, overlooking a pedestrianized street with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The other view was the lovely old palace. Our suite was very large and comfortable and had a separate area with table and chairs. Our delicious breakfast was brought to our room each morning. We had some really striking art work. The bathroom was well designed and everything was spotlessly clean. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the old city. Very good choice of superb restaurants and bars nearby. An excellent grocery store a few minutes walk away.

Everything was fine!

The room was adequate and comfortable. The staff were very nice. The street noise from the cafes is definitely there, but given the central location, that's perhaps your tradeoff. Very good breakfast options.

Just be aware that because it’s so central, the noise from bars and restaurants does carry. We were there on a Saturday night and people were out very late partying and it woke us up a few times.

It’s in a fantastic location. Very central to everything and super easy to walk anywhere. If you have a car, let them know in advance because they rent a few spaces from a parking garage down the block and space is limited. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the restaurant was delicious.

Noise form bars at the weekend. Broken glass outside the property following the weekend, but this was cleared away.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was very clean. Excellent location, minutes from city centre restaurants and shops and also near to museums and sights.

Paying extra for breakfast was unwelcome given the price we paid for the room.

The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful providing an excellent service. The location was perfect for central old city and shops, bars, restaurants and sites. The food was excellent.
