The first time you allocate us a room on the street side on the first floor, we would've liked a higher floor room with Parc view as usual in our previous stays at your hotel.. Also, being a kind of returning client, we thought that you can accommodate our request for late free checkout in particular that the hotel was not full and the room was not needed urgently

I know the hotel as I was there several times before for several days every time in addition to some other events (meetings, wedding etc) This time, everything went smoothly as I expected and as I experienced several times before . Your reception staff are nice and friendly, restaurant and bar are good and surroundings are great for a nice walk and terrace is great for a dinner but this time due to cold evenings we couldn't enjoy it.

The thermostat couldn't control the temperature in the room, and there was no hot water, just warmish, which was ok for washing hands but not ok for showering.

Property is extremely close to the main town and the bus stop is right outside the hotel which is great. The room felt cozy and homely which made the trip feel so much better.

We had to wait 15' at the reception when we arrived because there was nobody there. In addition they made us check in 2 hours late (at 16.00) because the room was not ready.

Overall Ok stay, everything was clean.

There was a Special Kind of smell in the toilet and on floor to the garage

There was nothing we didn’t really like.

We loved the location and the neighbourhood. The bistro downstairs was excellent and we had dinner there twice. A big thank you for the kindness of the staff in general. Special thanks to Sabrina for her helpfulness. Our dog got a little bed, bowl, and awelcome buscuit in the room. Very attentive!

Before arriving I requested a quite room not beside elevators ect..when we arrived our room was right next door to the elevator. When I asked to move room, we where told our only option was to pay extra to upgrade. Which I felt was unfair to pay extra. If you cannot accommodate a quite room I would have like to known so I could choose an other hotel accordingly. Also the hotel puts a 50 euro hold per night on your card which was not mentioned prior to arrival..

We stayed in the annex building beside the hotel. It had 4 rooms and they were lovely. Felt a lot like a townhouse and the room was big. Great location to the city centre.. staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall our stay was excellent.

There was no bedside table on one side of the double bed which for a Superior Double Room was disappointing. The restaurant food was excellent but very slow, 40 minutes is too long to wait for food.

Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bright. The food in the restaurant was very good.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The foyer was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable, the room was clean and just what we needed. We had a lovely view across the park.

Pillows! One big marshmallow and a smaller one. Just too soft. I ended up putting folded towel underneath. I meant to adk at reception but kept forgetting. Room was very warm and although it is January, We turned off the heating and kept the window open. Only drawback was that room was little noise and smell of of smoke from people smoking . Aircon would be ideal but realuse it is an old building

Breakfast was amazing. Great selection of juice,,yoghurt,fruit,cereal, lots of different fresh bread and pastries. There was also hot food sausages,bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs as well as my favourite smoked salmon with all the trimmings cornichons, capers, creamed cheese. There was also hood selection of cold meats. Staff topped up pots of Fresh tea and coffee.

The hotel is slightly outside the downtown area. But fortunately all public transportation is free and the staff was super helpful.

Very nice, upscale room. The staff was super helpful. The rate was very reasonable and I was able to enjoy touring Luxembourg. I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Luxembourg for either business or pleasure.
