Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I booked room with 1 bed but we got room with 2 separate. For me it was one of main criteria when I have chosen this hotel. If I would know that there is no rooms with single bed available, I would definitely book another hotel. We got disappointed too much due to this stuff, but didn't have choice cuz were informed directly on reception (((
All was great, hotel location, hotel and room were clean, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Great location, ideal for a two night stay. Hotel was quite, warm and clean. Basic but that's all we needed. Lovely view across to the old town. Easy to get the free bus from the airport to the hotel

The pillows were awful. They were so limp that it was basically the same as not having a pillow. The cleaners and other guests were extremely loud in the morning as well
The location was very good, it was easy to get to from the airport and just a very short walk into the town centre. The staff let us check in early which was very helpful. Clean room and all the amenities you expect from a budget hotel.

I was on the first floor it was kinda creepy for me, but this is not a big deal because Luxembourg is a safe city

Beds could have been more comfortable but were okay for the night.
We had a decent stay during the one night we were here. The staff at check-in/-out were welcoming and efficient. The room was basic but clean and had everything you would expect for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is excellent—less than a 10-minute walk to the main square—making it convenient for exploring the area. Despite being close to the city centre, the hotel was nice and quiet. A big plus was that we could store our bags before check-in and after check-out. All in all, I would recommend.

If you need wi-fi don't have a room on the top floor. If the weather was bad having to walk across to reception would not have been pleasant. There was noisy work going on early in the morning near our room.
We were in the Belle Vue, which is in a separate building from reception. It looks a little sparse but the room had everything we needed. Very like a hotel chain in the UK we use regularly. . Bed was comfy, plenty of storage and plugs. Shower was fine, just remember to tun the head near the wall and not the floor area as there is no curtain. Kettle and tea/coffee in the room and you can top up water etc. in reception. Hairdryer was good. Nice location a short walk from everywhere. Did not eat but the Tavern on the site is excellent with lovely staff. Great value for this City.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Christmas market and major tourist attractions. The room was clean and equipped with useful amenities like an electric kettle, coffee, tea, and milk. While the room was a bit small, it was comfortable for a short stay. Do note that the hotel requires a €50 deposit per night, which is refunded a day or two after checkout—it’s mentioned on Booking.com but easy to miss. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, though a bit on the expensive side.

Room was on the cold side heat didn’t work the best, but I just adjusted and added an extra layer.
Great location and beautiful view. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.
