as how the others mentioned, the pillow is sooooo soft. we had to fold it over even twice to have some support. the shower room is without a door. it wasn't a problem for us in spring but not sure about other seasons

great cost price value. friendly staff at the counter did not hesitate to open google map and show us where to park free during weekends even thought the property provides convenient private parking. Room may not be the most fancy one, but it is simple and clean with a great price. Small fridge in the room with water cooker and instant coffee. shampoo provided. you can totally rely on the pictures provided on the booking site as every detail looks exactly the same.

Expensive breakfast (didn’t eat it); no bureau, closet, or armoire for clothes, so we had to live out of our suitcases, small space for hanging clothes. The shower head needed to be replaced, not a good shower. Expensive car parking. Our room was not good for a multiple night stay - we had 5 nights in a basic room.

The property offers basic level accommodation but it is comfortable and the heating worked well. It is value for money.

The city centre is located a short walk of 20 minutes. One can also take the tram if so inclined.

Checkin time was at 4pm, I saw it first time usualy it's at 2pm. We arrived little bit earlier and in the reception they told us that our room is ready, but we can't do the checkin now and asked us to pay 25€ more for instant checkin. 👎 Conclusion, at this point we were very dissapointed. Hope they will change some policies to satisfy the needs of their future guests.

Overall it was a nice place, the staff was nice and I would stay in this hotel again!

Everything was fine, nothing went wrong.

The location- the hotel is very close to the city centre and also when who arrive at the airport, get the bus number six and there is a stop nearby. The room- it has coffee and tea facilities . Water is offered. The size of the room is ok, and the most important is clean! It also has a small fridge. It has a toilet and a bath or showeroom (depends on the room booked). Trier and Metz are near and worths a visit ( go to the gare station and get the one you prefer. There are lots running during the day).

Shower is a bit of a pain because the showerhead is facing the wall. No further downsides found.

Breakfast not included but worth paying for. Room is clean. Friendly English speaking crew. Overall experience Good. Good service, Place for parking and location is in between the two sides of the city.
