The room was infested with ants. The desk agent who checked us in made it seem that breakfast was included, but upon checkout we were charge 20 Euro per person to eat a very plain breakfast.

The beds were super hard and uncomfortable. The entire hotel is a huge concrete block, free of character. There's multiple hotels in the compound all operated by the same carrier, so finding where to go is needlessly complicated. Parking is a mess. My partner was able to drive into the employee parking garage by accident without a badge or similar being requested - but to get out we had to call staff. Poor breakfast.

The location is nice to reach the city centre.

My room smelt musty. The toilet smelt bad as well as the bathroom so maybe there’s a problem with the drains. I was left ONE small bottle of water in my room for three nights. Stingy. The cover of the plug in the shower was loose and I lost my footing in the (wet) shower at least twice. The hotel is vastly over-priced for what you get.

There was no signboard on the main road leading to the hotel (we lost a couple of times before we finally got there). The pillows in the bedroom were nothing to write home about. The room was too hot and we had to open the windows, hence lacking privacy. The DEPOSIT of $100 made at the counter/reception has still not hit back into our account ( It's been a month now as of today). In this 21st century, fridges in the reception area should not be padlocked. One has to ask for a staff, wait for minutes to get water, ridiculous!

The hotel is very close to the central area where one could walk and access the shops, restaurants etc.

This hotel clearly used to be a conference centre for the church, now converted to a hotel, which means that it is a bit weird. There is a church on-site and religious statues. Very odd achitecture resembling a 1970's ski hotel which looks very odd. No bar or dinning room to speak of but there is a restaurant (you must leave the hotel and walk a short distance) that will serve breakfast for additional cost. There is just a weird non-hotel like feel about the place. Decor is a bit dated.

I went for a beer one evening and was told the bar was closed. Nevertheless, very clean public areas and rooms, which are also pretty comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free water available from reception. Quite close to the centre being only 5 minutes walk. Overall not bad but with short comings, one being its not going to be a memorable experience.

I requested a room with two single beds but was given a room with a double bed. My friend and I were too tired after traveling to request a new room. It wasn't a big deal but it would've been nice if it had been as requested.

It was very easy to check-in, the staff were very nice and helpful, and the location was not in the center but was very close by foot (only about 5-10 minutes). Everything was great!

We spent almost a week at Park Plaza and had a wonderful time. Its location is extremely convenient in that it is within a 5min walk from the city center and you have a great view along the way.

That we had to walk in the rain and in the cold to the breakfast. The room had no wardrobe for clothes and no door infront of the bathroom.

Tiles in the bathroom, the Floor was cold, and No sleepers were provided. The coat stand and suitcase keeper were together, which is like you can use only one, it should be separate in winter you need a place to hang coats.

This list is longer - there is no airconditioning in the room we had. This was not a big problem in October and they did bring us a floor fan, but a couple nights it the lack of airconditioning was a inconvenient. The value for the location, quality of the room, the breakfast was just not there. It was too expensive for what you get. For some reason Luxembourg does not have a really good hotel, so I guess this passes for good comparatively. The doors to the toilet room and the separate sink and shower room are very heavy and spring closed immediately as soon as you let them go. The walkway to the hotel is very uneven and crrumbling paver blocks - a real tripping hazard. Anyone with any mobility issues should not stay here.

The room was large and spacious and there was a lovely balcony overlooking the nearby neighborhood. There was an in room refrigerator which was helpful to store medications that required refrigeration. The room decoratoin was very eclectic and fun. Bright pink swivel chairs!
