Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The pillow was very soft for my taste and the lack of door in the shower room can make a stay with two or more people awkward (toilet was in a different room)

There was no door on the shower in the bedroom. Was interesting set up.

The time spent checking in and purchasing items of food and drink from the staff at the entry was quite excessive. It seems that the staff are required to do a needless amount of admin for simple tasks such as these.
Great location and friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and the hotel and area felt exceptionally safe and secure.

There are no slippers in the room as a standard amenity. You can buy them for five euros but they were sold out. A rather uncomfortable situation since the room is carpeted. No body lotion or hair conditioner and nowadays is difficult to bring with you such items in a carry on as liquid amount is limited in a flight. I take responsibility however as I should have read the room description more carefully.
The personnel was extremely helpful. Great location. However a rather bizarre setting. Way too far from street level. Had to walk through big parking lot and navigate through different signs. But eventually you get there. Extremely clean room. Extremely. Catered every day with clean towels.

There was a constant humming noise coming from somewhere.
Super spontaneous booking, everything went smoothly. Did not use the breakfast included in the offer because I had to leave earlier. The location is amazing, even though I mainly chose it for its proximity to my office.

Great location near city centre, everything walkable. Very comfy bed. Spacious room. Friendly staff who gave us maps & advice on city features. Underground secure parking for the motorcycle (at €12.50 extra cost)

For the price we paid, it would be nice if breakfast was included. Breakfast is 21 EUR which is way too expensive.

I visited during summer, the room did not have an AC, we asked for a fan and were given one small table fan that did not help for 2 people in the room.
The location was ideal, walking distance from the center and close to the trams and bus stop. The views from the restaurant is good. the staff were friendly, and allowed us to store luggage.
