The entrance was easily missed and the parking was unnecessarily complicated. As it was very hot, the absence of air-conditioning was a pity. Nor were we happy to be charged €25 for parking. We thought €21 per person for breakfast was steep. It was disappointing after a long drive to be met by a member of staff who was less than friendly or helpful (a man). Luckily Chloe, who was on reception the next morning was delightful and went some way to make up for it

The architect of the complex did his best to hide the entrance and reception in the farthest corner, but the signs still allow you to find it. Breakfast really not worth it. Very poor choice for a lot of money. I took it once, and after that I decided that I would rather spend 12 minutes walking to the city center and eat there.

Very nice location, helpful staff, the room of a decent size, comfortable bed, great wi-fi. Very clean. Overall everything fine.

There was no airco. The restaurant was rather expensive. On arrival we couldn't see how to enter the property; you have to pass through the barrier and drive to the back.

The hotel was very businesslike - no surprise there as it calls itself a business hotel - and the room was very good. With a great bed; very large. The hotel's a 5 minute walk to the centre. We didn't have breakfast but probably should have done. In all a good place to stay.

Using the pillows or deciding not to use them would have been the same thing, as they were really flat. There was no air-con in the room, but it wasn't such a big deal because we kept the balcony door open. We found 2 spiders in the room.

The bed was big enough for me and my boyfriend. Hotel was very close to the city center.

Nothing really but parking and getting through first barrier needs pre-explaining. You drive into the comex by a restaurant, take a ticket at the barrier then follow signs for hotel. Park on ground level near hotel reception and go to check in. They exchange your 'barrier' ticket for underground car park ticket. You return to car snd drive down slope to underground parking. There is a lift conveniently from here to your room.

Superb position with parking. Great restaurant that is unattached but only metres away. Lovely staff on reception. Ivalina, I think her name was.
