Breakfast was excellent, it is a five minute walk from the central heart of the old upper city and its shopping and pedestrian zones, the staff was helpful and the room clean and big.

Rooms are not even a bit sound proof, you can hear very well what is going on in the hallway when you are in the room and vice versa.

Facilities were really clean, staff was very friendly and the hotel is pretty close to the metro station (5-7 min walk). Our room had everything we needed and WIFI worked well :)

It's an oldish hotel but for the price and location it was fine.

Close to the center, 5 - 10 minute walk . Town, park/green belt just over the road. Lots of on-site parking. Reasonably priced (for down-town Luxemborg city). Friendly staff. Tea and coffee in room.

The bed was comfy but squeaky with my every move, so I couldn't sleep without headphones sadly. The breakfast is too expensive, for 20€ per person one would expect much more than what was offered.

The hotel is quiet and very well located, everything was spotless clean and check-in and check-out were fast and efficient. This is a business complex, so you will not be disturbed by crying children or so.

Slightly dated hotel, but for such an expensive country, it was great! No complaints - once I learned how to adjust the heat in the room!

Walkable to the main historical area and ample restaurants. Since all public transit is free in the whole country, it was easy enough to get around. Room was fine.

The toilet and shower were separate which is fine but there was no door to the shower area, which was weird. There was not really a proper kettle in the room. The hotel seems a little expensive for what it was.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is just outside of the city center so you can easily walk to all of the places of interest. The hotel was quiet at night and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Felt a bit pricey for the value but that is probably the city itself. The bathroom did not have a door. There was only one pillow per person, I am accustomed to getting at least two pillows per person to adjust the pillow height etc.

Good quiet location. Close to the city centre. The room was clean and well-decorated. It also had complementary water and tea/coffee. The bed was large and comfortable.

Very nice bedroom, comfortable and clean. Perfect localtion, no more than ten minutes waliking distance from the center of Luxembourg. Shower and sink were almost open to the rest of the room, luckily the toitlet had its own private space. It was surprising and you lose some privacy, but it worked out well. Nice and helpful staff. We were assigend a room in the ground floor, but it was very quiet and safe, the area itself was very quiet. The hotel is a complex with another hotel, so ther may be more noise during the peak season.

The cleaning wasn't very good. After our first night we had order in pizza and some cocktails and the next day the empty box was still there...

We didn’t spend a lot of time in our rooms, however would loved to have had actual coffee cups as opposed to paper cups for coffee and tea in our room. Liked the idea that the bathroom had its own room with a door, but felt exposed in the shower as there was no door. Would have loved an exercise facility. Staff at the front desk offered to make a reservation at their partner hotel, but it was 15 minutes across town and not convenient. Overnight parking was expensive (25€/night) and getting into the hotel was a little confusing.

This hotel was nice, but not as we had expected. I feel like this hotel has more of a business/work related clientele. We stayed here as we had two nights in Luxembourg and the last stop on our vacation. The facilities were clean. Location was great for our stay and in a great neighborhood. The staff was friendly. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as it cost 19€/person. We ventured out a found a lovely French bakery a 6 minute walk from the hotel.

Room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was really nice. We were accommodated for our dogs and hotel staff was very helpful. It was a short walk to downtown and the local trains are close by. I would stay here again.

There is a budget hotel feel about the hotel. It is certainly not bad but it is certainly not luxury.
