The breakfast was 4 slices of white bread, one single serving container of butter and one single serving container of jam. There was also one coffee, creamer and 1/2 sugar packet each. There was a dirty pair of someone's underwear left on the floor and the price to have a cleaner come was €100.

The location was very close to a bus line and the home was a good value for the price.

It was really good. I had to call the help center once, 'cause my code at door wasn't working anymore. They were quick to respond very polite, and provided me another password to unlock the door.

The hallway echoes a lot. Whenever we closed the door we felt bad for the neighbors...

The apartment was amazing. We had room 55, in our opinion the best one. The only thing is that the room is really hot, since it's an addict room. Fortunately the windows open and they provide a fan.

It got very warm as it was an apartment on the last floor and there was no AC. Also the bathroom could use a deep clean with a calcar remover.

Great location next to the centre and quiet area. Nice kitchen with all needed appliances.

Location was perfect, the area is prossibly the best of Luxembourg city. Nice small bars and restaurants are around and the city center is 15 minutes walk. The room was nice, fully equipped, large and the basement appartment i stayed in had a small area like balcony at the back.

Pillows and a mattress were a disappointment, not comfortable at all. Parking situation in Luxembourg is complicated so I would recommend reserving a private parking spot in advance as you will definitely pay more to keep your car in a parking garage as parking in the street is allowed only for a limited period of time (like 3 hours).

It is a nice location, it takes only around 20 minutes to walk to the centre, there is a bus stop nearby and a tram line a bit farther but still very accessible. It is a spacious and bright studio, all the facilities needed were provided. For example, it is possible to use a kitchen and avoid eating out. It was clean and suitable for a couple, the studio would also be good for a longer stay.

Lack of lift and air conditioning, uncomfortable spilling bathroom sink. The studio had a smokey weird odour and the window only opens a few centimetres. The owners dismissed our concern without offering a solution. Better customer service would be a plus.
