It was a Friday during Ramadan when we stayed, we could hear music from the nearby square by 9pm - we were tired after exploring so it didn’t keep us up, for light sleepers perhaps bring ear plugs.

Fantastic location in the old town area, so close to so many sights! The room had everything we needed, was very clean and had a very comfortable bed perfect for a cosy & restorative night’s sleep after walking up and down the centre around the river. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The hotel is part of a gallery and there’s beautiful art and poems displayed on each floor.

Lovely room of a good size. Fantastic view from windows. Extremely good location for visiting all the city sites with the bus& tram station minutes away. Good breakfast although quite basic. Very good for solo female travellers.

Not having shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and the wall hairdryer is not powerful enough. Wouldn’t stop me staying there again.

The water pressure in the shower needs to be improved.

Room was spacious, clean and had a balcony. Breakfast was comprehensive and had something for everyone. The location of the hotel cannot be beat.

11.15 we had call from reception to remind our check out which is at 11 o’clock. I asked him, is it necessary to call as reminder even only 15 min later. He wants to discuss with us which is very unfriendly! To say “I dont understand you english” I asked that maybe he can speak german but “no I can only english and french”which is his english also french english! His said this is Hotel regulation that at 11 o’clock he hast to call all guests who need to check out at that day! His Name is Sheik (I dont know to spell). This happens on 29.12.2024 at 11.15 We come from Switzerland and we were so many cities and country in this world. and this is the first time we are in Luxemburg and this Hotel. But so unfriendly like this never happens before! We will never want to stay in this hotel anymore!

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Would be nice if they had bedside electric outlets. Also the queen bed is actually two twin beds coupled up so it’s uncomfortable

Mattresses are thinner than most European mattresses we have become accustomed to.

Excellent location on the corner of Williams Square (Place Guillaume III) (see view from window of room). Pretty much any spot you want to see in the city is well within walking distance. If you want to take public transport (remember it is free within Luxembourg), there are a couple stops within a very short walk. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. We visited during the Christmas markets and all were easily accessible from our hotel, with the two largest markets less than a minute walk. The main shopping area is also a minute or two walk away.

A little noisy outside during the early hours of the morning with night time revellers. Appreciate that is beyond the control of the hotel I assumed it was close to a nightclub.

The hotel is located within the pedestrian zone of the city and the main shopping area and as such it was really comfortable to stroll leisurely around the city and also shop. Also since we visited during Christmas time, the main Christmas market was only a zebra crossing away and another was 2 minutes away by walk.

Breakfast choices rather limited compared to other hotels we’ve used, however, it was adequate.

Clean and comfortable, a great choice for a one night stay. A short walk to the tram stop.
