For this price, I would expect a little more effort at breakfast. The food was good and the breakfast team was efficient. Was just not that substantial.

It can be noisy if there are some events in the square near the hotel, also many restaurants are there. The elevator is between the first and second floors.

No elevator to the first floor

The location is excellent, not far from a bus and tram stop. Within walking distance to almost everything, and a lot of good restaurants 5 min away. The staff was great, very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean

There are not enough plugs to charge accessories in the room, whilst the room could be a bit larger.

The lift situation. We had to walk one flight to get to the flight and then one flight when we got off and twice during our 4 day stay the lift didn’t work

The location was amazing. On the main square near the palace and so many restaurants and cafes nearby One particular staff member was very helpful. I wish I had gotten his name as he was exceptional.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast. There is no choice. You get given a tray with a yogurt, some apple juice and croissant, part of a baguette, some jam (no choice) butter and salami. You can choose your hot drink. For the price paid for the room. I thought breakfast was mediocre. To reach higher floors you can only get the lift from the first floor and then still have to go up a few steps. Definitely not good for disabled people.

The location is fantastic. On the same square as the town hall and within a few minutes walks of restaurant and places of interest. The room was comfortable with good facilities.

The stairs. The lift doesn’t go from ground floor. Would be nice to have a kettle. We Irish love our cups of tea. 😊

The staff were so friendly and and attentive. I had room 401 and it had a double bed and plenty of room to move around. The charging sockets were fine beside the bed.

Hotel's place is incredible, so close to center but also at a wonderful location with histroical view, so peacefull and silence. We really love the place. Room and other facilities are good, not so new but clean. Everyone was helpful and so so friendly, if we would come to luxemburg again, we will definitely stay here again. The only negative was it doesn’t have a little fridge or kettle but wasn’t a huge issue.

The location could not have been better, right in the central square. Also the staff were warm and welcoming and tried hard to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I’d definitely stay again with hesitation.

Stairs to reach the lift on 1st floor- this was mentioned by bookings.com but in very small print! Result: big problem for my wife!

Bed comfort wasn't the best. Slats kept falling out. Mattress could do with being updated.

Staff were amazing. Our flight was delayed. Check in stayed open past 11pm for us. Location is literally on the main (old) town square. Good size apartment meaning baby could sleep in cot in living room. Breakfast team and the breakfast itself was good and setup for the day. Value for money was good. It wasn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive but we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we visit the city and would wholeheartedly recommended. As we stayed in an apartment, it would be great to be offered a care package (teas, coffee, stuff for lunches etc) which we would happily pay extra for.

Reception area is very small and we have to wait for a very long time for our checkin. They allow the check in at 15:00 CET which is ok however we have to wait for a very long time in order to keep our luggage to a clock room. Despite ringing the reception bell multiple times no one was actually there on the reception and finally we had to make phone call to get someone came to the reception desk.

The room was a very small one and faced a back-yard instead of the open square. I guess this is what you pay for.

The location is the best in town. Good breakfast, although the fixed plate could have been more varied over the days.

The room was nice and clean, the bathroom was provided with towels, soap, shampoo, we had water and cups in the room which were refilled each day. The location was perfect, directly in the city centre with the view of the square. Breakfast was really good and the stuff was nice too.
