I loved the hotel but maybe a bit more options at breakfast if pushed but as I say it has a decent enough selection as is .

All Staff superb , breakfast although not a vast amount of options but there was enough options available . Location is second to none and i recommend this hotel very highly . Even after checking out the young gentleman that works in the hotel offered me and my family tea/coffee , a excellent touch

Convenient for tourist office, food court,railway station and trams. Nice touch to have little socks on the chair legs to stop noise. Coffee and tea area with sofa just outside room. I was able to check in early as my room was ready. The lady who checked me in was particularly helpful and informative during my 4 night stay. Good map of area provided by hotel which was the same one provided by tourist office. Attractive breakfast area with good coffee options. Good food in the restaurant in the evenings if wanted. I had hoped for a higher room with a view over rooftops but I guess one can’t have everything!

Better not to have extra curtain rod/curtain in the bedroom. Design is good but easy to trip over.

Location: great but noisy if a stag or hen party around! Oxana, the lady who served our breakfast and helped us with some issues was calm and lovely! She is a credit to this hotel! I think who is doing the cleaning is excellent!

The breakfast selection could have been a bit bigger, but everything essential was offered. Beds were pretty soft for me, but people have different preferences. Overall very nice.

The room was elegant and very spacious. Due to flight delays we arrived very late but the check in instructions were clear and efficient. The breakfast was outstanding and was served in the restaurant which made for very pleasant surroundings. The location is perfect for the Latvian National Opera, shopping, restaurants, museums and parks.

You pay at the end of the stay, which I found strange, but maybe it’s what they do in Latvia. It didn’t matter though !

This hotel is right in old town and the center of Riga. You see literally within 5 minutes walking of every major attraction. It’s perfect during Christmas time because you can easily see the Christmas market! Also for the coin collectors out there, there’s a shop right next door!

It has a great location, just 100 meters from the shopping mall (if it is a priority), the hotel is right next to the bars, restaurants, and sightseeing - basically everything can be reached by foot. The room was huge and clean! Breakfast was excellent, and the service and overall communication were delightful. :)

The hotel does not have its own parking, you have to park at the shopping centre 10 minutes away, there were no water bottles in the room, and on departure we could not offer water, only cups. Breakfast is weak on variety, especially if you are picky about food. There were dirty mugs in the hot drinks area, namely the plaque left on them

Small atmospheric hotel near the centre of the old town, the rooms are of normal size, with a pet you will be offered even more suitable room, interesting idea with a small pool for fish near the reception, in the corridor near the room was an area for making and drinking hot drinks (tea, coffee), issued slippers, which is not always done in hotels of a higher level

Maybe it was just our room affected, however, the Wifi was very poor which was an issue mainly in the evening if we wanted to stream a program on our iPad/laptop.

The location was fantastic very central, the restaurant downstairs is really good to. The room was huge and really nice. This hotel ticks almost all the boxes for me and I would definitely recommend people go to it.

Noise from the street can be heard really well at night time. Small TV is located on the table beside beds so it is difficult to watch from either of the those. The darkish reception/breakfast room/restaurant area was a bit strange combo with locked front door. We didn't really get the point of the set-up and the odd fish pond in the middle of the space 😄

Location in Old Town area is perfect. Also close to shopping mall just across the street. Room was suitable size and nicely furnished.

The only thing was that noisy neighbors on the same floor were easily heard. Obviously not always a problem.

Brilliant location in a lovely old town. Elegant accommodation with a spacious room for 3. The staff were attentive and polite. Breakfast was good and the Italian restaurant that appears in the same space for dinner was truly excellent. The coffee and tea available on the 2nd floor was a welcome touch. We’d absolutely recommend this hotel.
