We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Very comfortable room with nice view on the river and city. Old town is just accross the bridge.Helpful staff. Wide range of selection for breakfast, good room service for dinner. Just made us even happier when saw those people who had stayed in this hotel earlier...Ii. Elizabeth, G.Bush, , The Barca, Depeche Mode, etc... Good location not only to the city center (walking distance) , but to the airport as well, public bus to the airport stops a block away.

Whole family was happy with a new renovated room. Very stylish, comfortable and with many comforts provided for a weekend stay. Very good breakfast. Very delicious and suitable for any taste. Everything Complimented by a good view of Ryga old town from restaurants windows and from rooms on the side or a river. Old town accesible by foot if needed or after couple minutes ride with a car.

The en-suite was very clean with good lighting and fabulous shower. The breakfast area was very clean, a good size with views of Riga, there was a good selection of foods which catered for dietary requirements. The reception staff were friendly, polite and helpful.

PolandThe hotel needs renovation for already many years… Comparing prices with hotels in neighbourhood this hotel was defiantly the worst choice. The photos of the rooms are made in such way that You are not able to see this but the look of the bathroom… Just please check the photos under this comment. The spa and fitness zone don’t work for a long time as well.
