“This was a truly wonderful experience. I only wish I could offer a score higher than 10/10. The setting is beautiful, overlooking a palm grove near the river. The building has been renovated to accommodate a few guests. Don't expect a 5-star hotel, but it is quite comfortable. Wifi worked well and bathrooms were modern with ample hot water. Most important though is that Mustapha is a wonderful host. He is so welcoming and so happy to share his culture with you. The food was amazing. And on one evenig Mustapha played traditional music for us which was a treat. Truly one of the best experiences I've had in all my travels around the world.”
“The hotel was very beautiful, very much one with nature. Felt like being in a tropical escape between the desert of Morocco. The hospitality was lovely and welcoming, the only way this residence may not suit you is if you are quite wary of the occasional moth or lizard. Le chant is very much welcomed to as a home and you are treated with great care, even the local taxis know of employees here who will ensure you are not charged more than your due!”
